Back in the beginning of April 2015 I got an email from Newegg.com with special deals going on and I decided to order my wife a Apple I-Phone 5. I paid for the phone via debit card and waited about two weeks for a box from them to come. I ended up only getting a manual and phone charger in the box! I right away called Newegg.com and talked to customer service, The person i spoke to stated that he would call shipping and have this investigated and he filled out a file stating that i only got the charger and manual he stated it would take about a week then he would get back to me? Never got a phone call back and never received the I-phone. Place is a ripoff!
