I received a 32-inch TV instead of a 55-inch TV and it is of a wrong brand. Delivery driver forged my signatures and did not provide me a bill of Laiden even when I asked for one. I reported it to Newegg the same day with pictures as a proof. They opened a return and told me to wait. Later after a few days they all flipped and started denying my return and they will not support the return process with a prepaid label. It is against their own company policies. We made a digital purchase for Microsoft and NordVPN subscription. The digital product key didn't work so, we contacted Newegg immediately with screenshots. They refused to offer us any help or compensation. Told us to go check with Microsoft. It's not Microsoft's problem, they didn't sell this key to us! I gave Newegg a lot (A LOT) of money on November 24th for a PRE-BUILT PC. It took them and UPS 3 weeks to pull an, again, PRE-BUILT PC off a shelf and deliver it to me. Only I never got it because they refused after I requested to leave it without a signature. I was never contacted to explain how to get it and per Newegg's policy it is automatically returned to them. Whatever I guess, except they would not return my money to me until they received the returned pc. No freaking way. They didn't charge me upon my receiving the PC. I never even looked at the box. Maybe there never was one. It could have been lost on the way back. Seriously, this felt like a scam. I got my money back on December 22nd after complaining and sending a negative review. Leaving me no time to replace with something else before Christmas. Newegg never attempted to make anything right nor try to make me a happy customer. I wanted the PC, they could have said sorry and thrown in a monitor or mouse or just offered to overnight the thing. Not only that, they have not published my review of my experience with them on their website which I uploaded on December 22nd. The only positive I experienced was it was easy to get a hold of customer service on the phone, but they just were not very helpful. STAY AWAY FROM Newegg.

My husband purchased a new cpu and motherboard, among other items. Basically a new build. Only to be sent a dead motherboard or cpu. The tech company that helped us (at a computer tech)suggest we send both back and get get ones. So on their advice, that's what he did. Newegg received the broken parts and said to us. We will refund your money and you can purchase again. That they couldn't just trade for other parts ( apparently they they dont have them, thats bs based on what they said next). However, hubby got black Friday deals and they were not will to honor the price. Told him to buy them at the current price and we are just out of luck. It was a $400 difference. After more investigation and shopping around, there are more and more of these same stories.
All I'm saying is buyer beware. Shop local and you will find a better deal and more support. Newegg is Canadian and if you shop at a Canadian store, they have to at least price match of not beat it.

(DOA) Ram I tried to contact support = nothing, call = nothing, their support robot = No return available for this order, even for DOA. Newegg jacked the price up then knocked off 41% putting it at the same price as a local shop in my city. If I knew this I would have just went and picked it up. No questions whether its being rocked truck to truck as it would have went with me and then home.
Avoid them like the plague. Memory express here in town would have been a much better bet. I am an idiot for not looking around but I was enticed by the sale that was complete bullsh*t. On 11/1/2023 I ordered an AMD Ryzen 7 5700x. I paid 15$ for overnight shipping as my current cpu has seen the end of its life. When my package was stated it was delivered on 11/2/2023, i was at work all day and very late into the evening so i called my brother to grab the package. To my unfortunate surprise the 200$ processor i had ordered is not there. My address was absolutely correct as i just upgraded my graphics card through newegg which was delivered just fine.
I sent in an email claim to try and get this issue resolved, i really just wanted my processor.
Within 2 minutes the claim was denied and i was instructed to double check the address.
The address of course is correct, at this point i decide to make an attempt to contact a representative for it to prompt me with a notice of live customer support being unavailable...
How in the world would i go about correcting this issue now?

Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
