I ordered a pair of yellow leather shoes from NewChic, plus a pricey shipping cost, and they didn't arrive. I tried to find out the shipping info, and track them, but they seemed to be stuck at the "ordered" stage. I tried to call them, but couldn't connect with a person from the company. The company seems to be in Europe, but they need to get their customer service and shipping act together. That, and not selling "sale" items that they run out of or don't have.

+ I am infuriated that, having ordered something, almost every website I now go on has ads offering me the same NewChic products. I am highly unlikely to want them having just bought something!

I have given my new address. But the purchase was sent to my old address which was used as a default address. I waste £ 45. Never happened with Amazon. Whenever I change my address with Amazon, on the same page it shows the default address as well. You need to change your system

L have bought several items from newchic n have been pleased the length n fit of my purchases. This time l ordered 3 tops which l loved n couldn't wait to receive. On the models in the photos they definitely look long line n would come down to mid thigh. L am of average height so imagine my disappointment when the tops only come to my waist... l have relooked at the photos n the tops are definetly pass the top of thigh. So very disappointed. The quality of the clothes is rather low and most of the clothes I ordered didn't really look like in the advertisements. The shipping to germany also almost took 2 months, but you can't expect much more for this prices.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
