I ordered a wrap skirt and it turns out to be a fake wrap. I am a short lady and I knew I would need to alter it but not I need to completely take it apart and re cut and sew. If I knew it wasn't a true wrap I would have passed on this item.
I also ordered a dress and I knew I would need to shorten it and that worked fine.
My experience with NewChic went very well, I looked for a specific item and found it in my size easy to buy too.

This company is bogus... they will ship out poor quality products charge you in GBP and expect you to return it to China... then they will not accept the goods from Customs China. Very poor quality service. Try not to go near them

I have order several items from NewChic They have all arrived except my last order that based on the time being delivered, I don't expect my last order to arrive anytime soon. I have come to the conclusion the this is normal. NewChic should, however, provide the delivery times more clearly when they provide information about the product. They should provide a better description of the product as I was thinking that some of the products included leather because of the picture, however, again I was wrong. It wasn't until I received the product that I realized that leather was not part of the material used to make the product. That's ok. I still like the product and I'm giving them as Christmas presents to my daughter and granddaughters. I believe they will love them. Thanks for the opportunity to present my feedback on the articles that I have purchased.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
