My parcel arrived and the communication was acceptable. Unfortunately I received 2 x green dresses whereas I ordered 1 x blue dress. It is really difficult to communicate issues such as these, well I found it difficult and nothing has happened since I queried this.

New chic always have something different. I love the style and colours although the fit can sometimes be a bit off. Jewellery is always good though.

The design of the bra is wrong, it's not a size issue but an anatomy issue. This bra will not fit a normal female... I have not even bothered to return the item as the postage would be too costly.

I always wash my clothes when they come from afar. So now my parcel is in the wash. When it is dried and ironed I will try it. Until then, it looks roughly like the picture. Would be nice you could add in the description the kind a FABRIC that you are using, i. E. silk, cotton, polyester, etc so as to have a more accurate idea of what it would feel like once you get it.

I have previously purchased shoes from Socofy which are beautiful, comfortable and I have worn them forever. My latest purchase however is not so good. One pair is crooked, and does not have enough strap to securely attach the shoe. The other pair are passable but I do not think they will become favourites as their predecessors were. Quite disappointed in the drop in quality and finish of these shoes

I wished to purchase 3 scarves. SKUJ*******. Your system failed both of us by not allowing me to go back in and correct the shopping cart... so I got two Black scarfs when all I wanted was 1 Black, 1 Blue and 1 Tan. Despite several attempts to rectify the situation, some algorithm decides that's not going to happen but takes my money anyway, leaving me thinking " This is not good enough".

I ordered 6 shoe loafers (shoes without lace) on 09/17/22. This package was shipped from Hong Kong by air plan. I thought it must be delivered at least 10 days as usual. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
