I am based in Botswana, Africa. For some time, even during Covid-19 Pandemic, shipments were taking place but for some reasons, of late there has been blatant cancellations of orders which are scantly explained. My understanding is that the world is emerging from the pandemic and most countries have relaxed the lock-downs, why should there be cancellations yet the focus should be on recovery? Is it a ploy to segregate some of the markets? This does now reflect the new world order. Orders should be honored despite one's geographical location, flights are moving all over the world and service should be given equally.

Great, avoid unnecessary cancellations
I received items which were wrong size, emailed and asked for return and refund, two weeks ago. As yet, sstill no response from NewChic. Very disappointing, I will not shop at NewChic again!

The moccasin style shoes that I ordered are the most comfortable I have ever worn. Light and flexible they hug the foot like a glove. The only problem is with the size on certain styles, they are too long-46 rather than 44 for a size 12. Great price too.

The product quality is not bad. But they don't meet the deadlines for the shipping.
Even if you pay the express shipping. They took 13 days to prepare my order and now it didn't arrrive in time.
The only help I could find from their assistant Suzain was "to be patient".

I used to like the website more, but it seems a little confusing. Checkout was fast and easy, but the shipping defaulted to priority shipping at $22.70 when I wanted ground. That is NOT good and I am not happy about it.
My total at checkout kept changing. Shipping kept changing and the discount kept changing. I paid about $16 more than my original total--$10 on the original discount (went from $30 to $20) and $6.00 on an additional coupon the site offered me just before paying but never applied. It is really disappointing and I used to shop here a lot but now I think not

I immediately received a response answering my question after commenting on my experience. You measure your actual foot--not the shoe. I put one pair of shoes in the washer and dyer (I have two pairs) and they held up beautifully. The sizes tend to run larger than at most USA shoe stores, so I just now ordered 1 1/2 size smaller than I did the first two times. I've been stopped on city streets by men asking me where I got my beautiful shoes. Have never received so many compliments.

The huge variety of unique shoes. I bought a pair a couple years ago and people stop me on the street, telling me how beautiful they are.
I placed two orders, one was canceled (*******) and the other still hasn't received (*******). Unreliable site, does not deliver the products and the contact to complain does not exist. Not recommended.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
