Some years ago I found this company. At the beginning it seemed that the company is too slow but now when time is passing so fast you even can't notice this month. I understand that local Institutions make the purchase delivering also longer as it could be. So, thanks a lot for your care and attention to your clients.
My experience is rather new, but I think the shopping is OK.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Turns out the green dress was discontinued. Instead of informing me so I could cancel the order, they grabbed a dress similar to what I order in another color thinking I would be good with it. Not even the same dress. They refuse to make it right. Offered to give me a $12 credit and i get to keep the ugly blue dress.In order to get a refund I have to ship dress back at my own expense.

I ordered a bra on April 9th. It was still processing by April 18th and said it would ship on the 18th… I wanted an update on the 19th so I contacted them to see why my order was still processing and why it hasn't been shipped… the customer service rep then tells me that the item is sold out! They didn't even think to notify me about this until I questioned it 11 days later! They probably wouldn't of even notified me at all had I not reached out. They then kept trying to get me to purchase something else in exchange. Um no! For it to just be "sold out" again but yet I can still see the item is available on the website. False advertising! If you get anything from here, good luck. They like to false advertise and just want your money. I better get my refund!

They sent completely wrong item, I opened a PayPal case because they wouldn't refund me. Telling me to close the case then they'll refund me. They lied about destination also, so took almost a month to get to me. PayPal is dealing with it now. So don't waste your time or money with this shady company. The pictures show the difference…. The order took 1 month to get delivered, and it was a really Bad fit and bad quality on most of the items (3 out of 4). You even have to pay for the return shipping fees. I will never order from them again.

I have been a good customer for 5 years... the last order I got they sent 5 size eight pieces of clothing!... Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
