Order multiple seeds Climbing Clematis, Garden Fragrant Flower Bonsai Seeds, Ice cream Tulips, Magnolia and more. Not a single one, that actually germinated, was what i ordered. I got these random weeds which began to take over my garden! So upsetting and disappointed in myself for believing that something i ordered from overseas wouldn't be a scam. I thought I had the order fixed and it wasn't.
I was dazzled by big stuff about a discount or something and then found my order was empty. So started again and found I had 2 skirts on order.
Fussed around the site a bit and finally got on "contact us" (or some such). Anna was wonderful in cancelling the second order.

I thought I had the order fixed and it wasn't.
Didn't realise postage and package was so expensive in the UK nor took so long, lesson learned for next time. Obviously the expense of the packaging and the long lead time was because the shoes came from the USA. Worth the wait and even with the packaging costs appear to be excellent value for money, and they look good too. Just be careful when viewing re were the goods are coming from as you will not see the true cost till you actually start to place an order, but you will see the full cost before you actually confirm the order.

Very pleased with quality style and choice of clothes form NewChic. I can always find clothes in different styles that I can't find elsewhere which are well made and value for money. When wearing these clothes, they are often commented on by friends wanting to know where I got them. Delivery is good and quite quick even though coming from China. Would recommend to all.

Still the delivery cost must be expensive.
After 2 months of payment, nothing was received. Hard to in contact with them ordered item claimed out of stock, but on the shop still put up for purchase, changed 2 times, end up need to top up payment, some sort of asking you to pay more and more scam thing, cannot locate them, cannot fidn them, like hanging, so unsecure. To me they are protected by multi layer of wall, in fact if they do not return my money, nohting i can do. Don't even rate a Star.

Misleading shipping options, very very long delivery time, questionable overpriced goods.
They gave me a handful of shipping options and I took the standard shipping option as it was the cheapest option ($8.99) and was given the impression that it'd be received in 2 weeks. It took roughly 2 months for the products to arrive. They're packaged as "BangGood" which clearly is not the name of this company. And to top it all off the 2 shirts which combined come out to like $45, are very cheaply made, uncomfortable, and are starting to lose buttons after just the first wash.
They're trying to refute and fight me at every little twist and turn on any complaint and refund process. This is easily one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had in ages.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
