Ordered a pair of US 11.5 shoes and they sent me 12.5. When I told them about the wrong size, they wanted pictures of everything, shoe size, ticket in the shoe, cloth bag the shoes came in, packaging label, SKU#, etc. I said I didn't have a camera in my flip-top phone but gave them all the information in an email. Not good enough. What I asked to return the shoes, they sent me the address in China. I would't pay to send them back to China. I consider this a 'scam' outfit. If they would have been good customer service, they could have said...'sorry, we will send you the correct size, no need to send the wrong size back to us'. I advised my bank of this scam and I emailed the BBB Better Business Bureau about them as well. Beware if you are dealing with them and you get the wrong merchandise.

New Chic refused to refund or replace shoulder bag. I received no satisfactory resolution from New Chic. New Chic does not honor refund policy after requesting photos, proof of purchase, pictures of shipping bag, which were sent before request and twice after.

I ordered some really cute sandals and I've been waiting for half a month and the order still says processing. I emailed them and then they told me the items were out of stock AFTER I ordered it. Why can I still buy items out of stock? If I had known that, I would have gotten something else.

I bought a sweatshirt from you which cost £25,49 with postage and packing, The item was to small and i had bought it as a present, So i got in touch with you and you gave me an address to send it back which i did at the Post Office which cost me £12,50 so i ordered another one which fitted perfect but you never refunded my money on the first sweatshirt i find this very bad policy and am still in the red for £37.99 which i think is very unfair so i wont go on but shall be advising all my friends on Facebook to stay clear of this company as they dont stick to there policys. If you are buying clothes like a very light board shorts of the same kind just different colors, if you add an item the shipping fee will increase. I add 2 more & the shipping fee doubled. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
