The products were reasonably priced, and fit surprisingly well. I received comments the first day that I wore the shoe into the office. Due to COVID,, there were shipping delays, but that's understood. Overall, I'll order again.

I ordered the cloth for my wife and necklace, the cloth is really cheap and size doesn't fit and material not in the pictures (color and material so different), another shipment is necklace and they cancel my order and not return money. Only I could say, never buy anything shipping from China, it is disaster for your life. I closed Paypal account after, and just give them ~ $200 of lesson to learn on my life and I could share with other that to stay away from shopping only and shipping from China.

I am happy with the product, i bought the quality and fitting, but my biggest concern it's time it took to get to me, almost a month and half, but i guess those also challenges of covid.
Hat was too small despite being the largest size available and i have an average size head.
Many sizes missing, pant selection are too tween and teen, no discount for purchase over $250 and no free shipping

You forced me to select 1 star above. I want to select zero stars (or negative stars)
I have been waiting for more than one month to GET ANY IDEA ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. For 3 weeks the order was not shipped. The support staff lies about shipment status. I CANT EVEN CANCEL THE ORDER because they say it has been shipped. But the DHL tracking page says for the past three weeks that the order has not been handed over. These guys are a joke. DONT EVER CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM.

You said that the shop was more then 103,00 euros, I don't have to pay the delivery. And that payment appears... So, I'm not happy!

Ordering from NewChic website was quick and easy, I especially like the option of paying with my PayPal account.
