It has been a while since I knew newchic and l liked the design of the shoes. After hesitating for months, I tried to order three different shoes. However, before paying, I started reading the reviews and they were not kind. I canceled the two relatively expensive shoes and I wanted to try them with one pair.
I got the product in a vey short time and not only the design but also the quality was tremendous. Everything fitted the description.
The same day I picked the product, I ordered the two shoes and I am waiting.
The design of the clothes were really nice but shipping price was awful

Easy to navigate and nice description of the products
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
