I requested specifically to return one of the two items I ordered caused the size was larger than I was told to keep and would get a % off on my next order never applied

Using the website was a little overwhelming, so many products, I doubt I would browse for something. Chosing the size was rather confusing, as an XXL would be considered an M or L where I am from - even then, the cardigan is a little snug. It took a while to arrive, however we are in a pandemic and suffering from BREXT, so delays were expected. The quality is good.

Everything I have purchased from NewChic has been of great quality and wonderfully stylish. If I have any complaint it would be I would love quicker delivery.

These shoes were nowhere near a US size 10.5 so I gave them to my daughter who wears a women's 9 and they fit her so she gets them.

Ordered 2 bras after reading some reviews - absolutely lovely, very pretty, good quality and good price - will definitely order again.

I am happy with 2 out of the 5 items ordered. The pidgamas; I like the fabric, colour and the general design, but the elastic bands make it unconfortable for hands and legs. The green shirt unfortunatelly will go straight to charity (can't be bothered with sending it back) don't like the whitish back of the fabric and it does not look good when the collar is slightly undone. Also, dont like the way it is finished by the cuffs.
The red dress looks good but is very thin and needs something to go under it as it is very see through.
