Hard to find the icon for payment of order.
In addition, I had ordered pajamas European size L for my husband - the size of all his clothes. Instead, we received an item which, while marked "L", was two sizes too small for him.

Pretty good. Pricing is bit high for the quality some of the items but they redeemed themselves with prompt delivery.
The products look great in the pictures, then when arrived is very low quality in term of design and material, the shape is squared and it doesnt fit well, what you pay in india 5€ on the street mkt here you pay 30

I bought two dresses, size L, my size. Both dresses are too small. I paid 76,84 $ can including shipping costs 17,44 $can. The other dress costed me 36,74$can (the shipping fees were 36,74$can but that package included a pair of shoes).
1- It is very difficult to get in touch with the customer service!
2- The total of my order equals 190,42$. The shipping should have been FREE. Only for the shipping, the fees are 54,79$ as they split my order (shoes & dress in one; the second dress in another package. WHY?
3- I have to return the dresses as they are too small. Customer service offered me to keep the dresses and they would reimburse 17,46$ can. For one dress and 33,92$ for the other one. Not even the shipping fees I paid!
4- If I was to say no, they told me I may send the dresses back in China BUT I have to pay for the shipping fees! It would have cost me more in shipping costs to send back the dresses in China!
So I accepted their offer but I was very mad!
Now, I have two dresses that don't fit me!

The size(foot measure) is not well explained. If I choose size 8.5 or 9.5, which is very different, the tag says 10 " foot I don't understand why it's the same foot size!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
