Ordering through to delivery was straightforward and hassle free. Products as advertised only beware if undecided go for the higher size as product sizing works out slightly small.

Transaction was easy, shippg was acceptable, price was great. Product was a far cry from the marketing images. Cut and texture were not as advertised.

I ordered a holster for an iPhone. The product when it arrived did not conform to the picture, and didn't work properly. The holster was plastic, not leather, and the flap in which you insert the phone was so tight that it was impossible to get the phone in and out easily.

Received my order, quality of products not what I expected for the price I paid,
I had no problem placing the order and was very happy with my coupon for a discount, it is user friendly.
Products arrived slightly quicker than expected, so pleased with that.
My only negative is that some of the items, even though I had ordered the same size, some were smaller than others, so consistency to sizing not as accurate as it could be, other than that very pleased with items.
It took way too long to receive the items I ordered. All the packaging was in Chinese. I couldn't even read the sizes. The bra was not at all as shown on the website.

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
