I had placed an order on 05 Feb. 21 and all items ordered stated in-stock, if not in stock I would have changed item. On Wednesday 10 Feb. I still had no information as when the order would be shipped. I called the store and was told some items are coming from the warehouse and should be in within a day or so. On Friday 12 Feb. I still had no follow up on order or where in the process is my order, a 2nd call placed and was told the order person would call back. No call back so at 3:57pm I sent an email requesting my order to be cancelled and refund returned to my card. At 4:07 p. M I received an email that it was picked up by Canada Post, and also a 2nd email from Canada Post stating my order was picked up and delivery date is Saturday 13 Feb. 21 Guess what. Still not here. Hopefully tomorrow, keeping fingers crossed.
I have shopped at this store on many occasions and taken classes at this store and it truly is amazing. However on line shopping leaves a lot to be desired.
What I would like to see on the site is current up to date info - in-stock/ out of stock, and if a delay in processing a follow up or call to inform customer where or what the hold up is. Don't Shop On Line, it's disappointing.
