The quality is absolutely awful. It is nothing like advertised. The items delivered near no similarity to the clothes online. They are a genuine disgrace, please don't buy and save yourself the hassle. I requested a return and been given a load of excuses - probably never see my money again! Rip off.
As of this date (9/21/2022) I have Not received my order yet
2) I could not return it because it costs more money and hustles
3) Being a professional person I do not think I should have used 'NewChic' to buy the product.

Nothing was what it was advertised to be. The shoes were plastic not leather and they were very cheap looking. The bag was supposed to be a labtop bag or at least able to hold a 17" lab top. Sadly, when I saw it, I cried because it was like a female purse. Seriously, a small 6 " female purse which was supposed to be a leather bag for a male. I cried. I was soooooo disappointed because I almost purchased 2 of the shoes because I liked them soooo much.

Broke my order in two. Received the first part but the second has never come. Happened again a couple years back and never did receive the shoes I ordered or got a credit.
Soles fell off of the red shoes I purchased. I was only wearing them for an hour when this happened while I was at work. It was very embarrassing.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
