Good experience, but the second pair of ord trousers I ordered were not of such good quality as the first, although completely different items.
Just would say the clothes are smallish for the sizes indicated. Quality good though.
The products are variable in quality. Some are extremely good and as expected, and some are not at all as described.
Only 2 comments:
1. Very poorly packed items. Quality / price inadequate.
2. Sizes are understated. If you are from the EU - order at least one higher.

I waited a long time for delivery and have only received part of it. I was advised of this before dispatch but it's 3 days since the first parcel came and I'm worried that it wont arrived. As it is I have missed the deadline for the post in time for Xmas - I had chosen them as presents.

3 pairs of boots ordered, and 2 that I was delighted with. The third pair I was not as pleased with, so would have sent back. However, I had not realised that they had to be sent to China, so after looking at the postage, I have decided not to return them. This, sadly puts me off ordering again, which is a shame, as I love the footwear.
Lovely looking T shirt with cat peeking out, I am usually an 8-10 and ordered small size. This is far too big for me. It measures approx 40". How can this be classed as small? The sleeves are about 4" too long and is nearly a tunic length.

Unfortunately, the color isn't the same as the picture. I received a clear blue instead of a marine blue.

Yo sé que es imposible que mi talle sea XL, pero según la tabla de medidas era el talle de mi pantalón. Pero he visto que en los comentarios newchic le responde a un cliente disgustado que, si la medida no era la correcta debía ser porque no se fijó en las tablas de medidas. Con esa información tomé las medidas en mi cuerpo y seleccioné cada producto de acuerdo con la tabla de medidas específica de cada producto.
* Pantalones harem amplios:
La tabla de medidas pone que mi talle es XL, pero lo he recibido y entraría un elefante en esa carpa;
* Camisa verde:
La tabla de medidas pone que el talle es M, pero es ancha de pecho, es corta de largo y corta de mangas, tendría que ser una enano gordo para que me quede bien;
* Sudadera de dama:... aquí me equivoqué yo, la tabla pone que el talle es menor que M, pero al parecer he marcado 4XL en la selección, un talle que le quedaría grande al elefante de los pantalones harem verdes.
* finalmente, Harem de rayas lisas:
La tabla pone que para mi cadera y cintura el talle es 2XL, Parecía una inmensidad, pero va bien de cadera, aunque queda muy corto de piernas.
