Sizing is very questionable, some items listed as small but fit a 40 inch bust? My wife is a size 12/14 but a pair of Medium pants are never going to fit? 1 out of three items satisfactory, two were a wasted effort. Will be more selective in which type of items I will buy in future!

Item headline descriptions do not always match the detailed descriptions, not looking for Plus Size but finding that some items come up as Plus Size when I have clicked on detailed image?
The overall experience was not so good. Not all the products that were delivered was good. And the response or update of the parcel was not very responsive.

Took a month to get to me even though i paid for priority shopping and the shirt quality sucks

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
