I'll be as brief as I can. Covid and Brexit crashed my music career in the UK. Plus I nearly died. Yup Wow! Here in 2023 I began to relaunch myself. So I signed up with YouGrow for 2 promotion packages totalling around $700 dollars. Not a big budget I know. The Youtube one delivered good numbers of views but no fans. The Spotify delivered low numbers of streams and no fans.
The advertised promised Spotify numbers didn't happen. The numbers I did get from both campaigns generated zero views of any of my other content on my YouTube Channel and on My Artists Spotify page. Re Spotify I was put onto playlists that weren't my genre of music. I asked to be changed three times. Nothing happened. Finally I actually asked for my Spotify money back as the advert read we don't hit the numbers you get a refund. That got ignored so finally I just wrote it off as poor business decision on my part. They seemed nice. Friendly too. Their advertising was good. Fooled me however. I guess just draw your own conclusions. Maybe it'll work for you. Just be careful please.
Tip for consumers:
Seemed nice people.

Sadly just got suckered by clicking on an allegedly normal Facebook Advert that came up in my feed! It was for a product called The Eternal Library a 3 D puzzle. The video of the product looked wonderful. It was a little make it yourself book end for a child's bedroom shelf. It had tiny books in it and a little light. It was priced at $37.00. This was a paid for Facebook advert. I followed the link and ordered it. Sadly I should have paid more attention. No Website no real email address. They took my money. However they did to my surprise deliver something. What I can only describe as four pieces of wood and a light bulb. Worth maybe 2 cents? As a starter kindling to a barbecue? Facebook cannot be contacted in any meaningful way. They are sadly taking money for Facebook users to be scammed which I find appalling. Amazingly the adverts are still on Facebook, many now suckering people in. Facebook should be ashamed of itself for supporting criminals in this way.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust sponsored Facebook adverts that come up in your feed generally especially Chinese products.

I stored their product in the bin. As it was actually rubbish and not a product.
I have purchased a few of this companies watches over the years and even was an original supporter on Kickstarter. Products seemed fine if a little overpriced considering the quality of them. However they look nice and I was happy with them. Decided to treat my car mad godson of 14 to an Ascari Ferrari type watch. He was over the moon. It looks great and its one of his favourite things in the world! However just in under a year the paintwork on the outer ring has started to literally fall off! So I contacted Fillipo Loreti. Nothing. Just a series of automated responses saying thanks for your email. That was two months ago! Tried uploading a form of theirs but it required a Video and told me my video format was wrong. Have emailed customer support. Nothing. Their warrranty is meaningless and not worth the paper it is written on. Just a standard thanks for your email. Clearly they are happy to take your money but then ignore you when their products fail or fall apart. Incredibly dissappointed for my godson. Currently trying to find a decent and honest watchmaker who can help me.

Found this website. Went online. Booked a flight with Omega Flightstore. Got flight confirmation and read it then realised AFTER paying for the flight that it had had no luggage allowance whatsoever! Called them instantly to complain be told they couldn't help and that to cancel my flight would instantly be £30.00 despite them not making any mention of the no luggage clause. Then got told on the Saturday I'd booked (around 4.00pm) they'd take the entire ticket price if I didn't cancel in one hours time! Had to print out their form, scan it and send it back. They simply ignore whatever I said denying they had tricked me. Crooks who take your money. AVOID.
After just being ripped off by omega flight I had to find a flight to Vienna (having had them charge me £30.00 to cancel a flight they sold me without mention there was zero luggage allowance) Went to Dial a Flight. This bunch told me they could find me an alternative flight with British Airways for £300.00 which was steep but it was in the busy Xmas rush they explained. Needed to go so said great book it. Had told them of my terrible last experience. They said they were a leading brand and wouldn't let me down. I said I ha a Blue BA card for air miles. The guy said I could use it at the airport to claim my points. Paid for my flight. Got the confirmation my flight had been booked and like an idiot I didn't look at it but I had written the details down on my desk pad. British Airways Vienna leave at 5.00pm on the 17th. I always use later flights and pay a bit more for the service. A work colleague in Vienna phoned me the next day so looked at my email for exact flight details. The guy had sold me an Easy Jet flight! Called them to be told he wasn't there, there was nothing they could do on a Sunday and Monday it would be more expensive. I could cancel then and pay £361.00 for A British Airways flight that left at 6.50am in the morning. Told me I had no choice. Cancel the flight and pay in full or buy a more expensive flight! Crooks! Avoid as what they say isn't what you get.
Tip for consumers:
Don't pay until they email your the itinerary if you use them
