I felt the shipping price was high, almost as much as the item. Then it took a long time for the item to come.
Placing the order went all right. I received the confirmation and the dispatch information quickly. The coat arrived quickly, in excellent condition. It was well packed and looks very good. I'm very satisfied.
Customer experience would have been better had I been kept aware of where the parcel was between purchase and delivery. There was no notification the item had shipped.
The item on website looked completely different to the one actually received. Poor quality.

Goods were exactly as described and arrived in good time, despite Christmas post!

The product was as expected, the customer service team were responsive and helpful. Very happy overall.
It was the first gift I ordered, and the last to arrive. I received a "confirm delivery" email over a week before the package arrived. Shipping tracking didn't show location of product as it traveled. Sweater was triple wrapped, great for protection of item in a bag. The sizing tag was sewn to the outside right shoulder of the sweater (not inside of back/neck, like expected). Pockets were sewn shut (not just tacked) and I cannot undo without unraveling sweater. One of the reasons I purchased this sweater was for the pockets. Not they're unusable without the extra cost of a tailor. Not pleased. I will not be ordering again from this company.
The item was mis-sized: Too small. I have had no reply to my returns e-mail to the supplier.

After finding the NewChic website, I was very impressed with the selection of goods on offer. My overall impression was many of the items for sale were different and unique as well as appearing very well made. I was looking for a belt holster for my mobile phone. After selecting one, I wasn't certain whether it would fit my phone correctly, so I carried out a chat online with a representative, who went the extra mile to check out my concerns and then advise me of the size product I required. From this advice I made a purchase, and it wasn't long before the item arrived. I am glad to say the advice given by the representative was spot on and fitted my needs perfectly. I am delighted with the service and goods I received and will use NewChic again.

Difficulty navigating the site. Made a couple of errors, especially when trying to pay. In the end both products I ordered arrived OK and on time for Xmas. Product was a little more 'flimsy' that what I imagined, but OK.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
