Easy to order but when the product doesn't match the description and you want to return the item there is a lack of communication and no return address in the parcel. I was offered a 40% refund to keep the item but the quality was awful so would have been a waste. This was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for return address, so I would say, don't order unless you are prepared to keep it no matter the quality.

Product was very poor quality. Size way off. Ordered a size 12. I looked like a size 16 or 20. Only got 50% refund. Will not order from them again. Also shipping info was wrong. Could get correct tracking on order I paid for express shipping. Took 18 days to receive.

Only website that offered the kind of product I was looking for, delivery timing not terrible considering and packaging fine. Quality not great considering price I paid and very questionable customer service with limited ability of speaking personally with someone, all done through the website so you had to have an account which I didn't want. I contacted NewChic prior to buying this item as there were many reviews regarding the quality fo the fabric. I am a dress maker and asked very specific questions about the fabric, however was given generic answers. The fabric the top is made of is definitely not the fabric in the photo. That said I still love the top but will need to adjust my expectations on usage.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
