Just put in my order so no idea about shipping and delivery service yet, but placing the order was easy enough - easy to navigate through the checkout and payment process. Looking forward to receiving the product. Update: There was a bit of a mix-up at Customs so delivery was delayed a few days, although that wasn't NewChic's fault. It was, in fact, the courier's fault. They had put the wrong label on the product, it was flagged by Customs and held. Customs issued the courier with a penalty fine, which the courier initially tried passing on to me saying it was a customs levy. Only when I queried it did they sort it out themselves. Anyway, product eventually delivered, and no complaints about the product - exactly as described, works well, and looks good.

I ask for the US XL size (3XL size for China) but my product is in reality a normal M or tight L american size. Obviously, I didn´t fit in it. Product is gorgeous, but sizes are not correct. At the end, I had to use it as christmas present for somebody else.

I ordered a camouflage onesie for my husband for Christmas; ordered on 8th January, promised delivery by Christmas Day, didn't arrive until 3rd January. Not really acceptable, given the £6 delivery charge on top of the product price. However, the product itself is of good quality, especially considering it was reasonably priced; it fits a treat and my husband loves it, so overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Delivery is always a problem. Never received in the estimated timeline. Always 2 to 3 weeks later.
The ordering process was smart and easy, delivery fast and reliable. I ordered two blouses at very low prices, so I did not expect high quality products. The blouses look nice though the material is not great but I was not disappointed. Quite another story with the jacket I ordered at the same time. £32 for a spring jacket is not dear but the jacket I got did not meet the expectations for even that price. It has been cheaply sewn together with no lining and two fake flaps instead of any pocket. The size does not really correspond with the size chart on the website, which means it is too small for me. So I think that £32 for something rather useless to me is not cheap. The description of the products on the websites should be more precise and detailed.

The prints are super attractive but the quality of the fabric varies considerably from rough and harsh feeling to smooth and silky. Personally I would rather pay much more for a thick cotton sweatshirt that is comfortable.

No problem with the order but the actual garment is not the same as advertised. The style is roughly the same but the material is not. The picture on the website makes the jumper look warm and lush and or a certain quality. The jumper that arrived is not the same style and the material is thinner and not the same quality.

The order has been correctly completed within the deadline indicated by the seller when placing the order. However, the quality of the product is worse than expected (the zipper of the jacket jams and one sleeve is wider).
The delay in shipping, almost made me cancel my order, also I was not informed about duty fees payable.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
