It was OK... Delivery time took about 2 weeks. The shirt was super thin and felt like it would rip with a sudden movement. I believe the shirt was $20. Not really worth that price. I can find clothes in Hollister, American Eagle, Old Navy, Forever 21, ETC that cost less and the fabric is better and lasts longer. I Will definitely not buy with NewChic again.

One purchase - excellent. The other - delivery slower than I realised. However, both products really delighted y son and daughter, who received them as Christmas presents. Daughter asked what my source was and went onlib=ne and offered more things for herself.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from NewChic on 12/2/2020. Was told it would be 15-35 days for delivery. I received a confirmation on 12/14/2020 that the items were in Cantbury NJ, ready to go with a tracking number, pending FedEx to pick them up. It is now 1/6/21, the status has not changed nor have I received my items. Tried emailing customer service 4 days ago and was told I would get a response within 72hours. Well... still haven't heard anything. Extremely frustrating... now I have to get on the phone with credit card company to refund payment. Do not order from this company!

I was initially excitement about a product I saw in an online ad, but the delivery time of 10-15 days was on the verge of arriving late for Christmas. I took the chance because the item was just perfect for a Christmas gift. Five days after I placed the order, they updated my delivery to 15-20 days. The item actually came in 26 days. I realized after I ordered that Newchic is out of Hong Kong, so possibly I should have expected this, but the company was negligent in relaying correct information. I should at least have been refunded my shipping cost, since the item came 11 days after their initial shipping estimate.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a pair of sweatpants - all size L. One sweatshirt is fine. The other sweatshirt is 3 inches shorter and 5 inches less in width (pictures and measuring tape). I wrote to them about the size discrepancy and was told that I could purchase them again... I am not sure how this fixes the problem or why I should be responsible for the cost of buying them again. I have reached out to their customer service 3 additional times with no response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Grossly overpriced for the quality, no consistency in sizing and zero customer service.

Boots have kind of a cheap feel to them but what could I expect with such a low price. The fit is about 2 sizes small so my husband can't wear them. Not sure how to return them since they were sent from China.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
