In the past I have had an easier experience with ordering items from other stores online. Also I have yet to receive the rest of my first order which I ordered at the beginning of December. Please note that I have now received my first full order delivered by the abovementioned 2 delivery numbers ending in 18 and 19. I have made another order prior to receiving my first order and the first time I ordered the items I was told that the order was cancelled because not all of the items were available, I then tried to order again and required a confirmation number from my credit card and apparently that was not accepted. I was finaly able to do the order but by all the communications that you have sent me I am very confused as to what I will be receiving and I do not wish to have duplicate orders, etc. and have multuple charges on my credit card. My view is that if something is cancelled its cancelled and you start fresh. At present the last order that I sent for should only have 4 items, 1 dress, 2 bras and 1 pair of pants. I would appreciate better communication in the future. Please advise me as to what order I will be receiving by one email. Thank you

I am a first time user and I understood I was supposed to get a 15% discount on my first order. I did not receive this. How can I still get this
1/ It took the parcel 10 days to come to France with 12 euros delivery fares, but when I received it I actually discovered that it was sent from a warehouse located in France! So the long delivery time and high fares are not justified in my eyes.
2/The same articles cost half the price on Amazon. Why such a difference?
3/The articles have really nice designs but the fabric quality is rather poor, or at least is not worth this website's prices.
Easy - just need to be patient - takes approx. 30 days to receive.

It is hard to choose a colour on some of the sites as they just have a number. I am going to have to return some wool which I has expected to be white and in fact it is cream (although it is labelled white)

Be careful with choose, they are good, but size, often to small according to what you ask for.

I call them computer commercials, you know, the pop up advertising that appears on your computer screen when you're doing some work... well that's where I first the hats. I was in the market to purchase one or two for myself that didn't have any wool in it- wool itches, so I did as well as two for my mother. One of the hats I purchased is very colorful and I like it, but it doesn't really like my head. I'm going to figure out a way to make it work though- somehow. My mother likes hers.

Cat blouse had two manufacturing faults and was polyester fabric and not cotton as advertised, the Scenic T-Shirt was round necked and not V shaped as advertised. Also money came out of my account for another scenic t-shirt which I did not order. NewChic refunded this when they were aware of what had happened.

I am usually a large, we followed the measurements on your site and ordered one size up, so one coat was XL and the other XXL. Neither fit. Extremely disappointed,! Sent email if I could return, no response. Gave both coats away.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
