VERY BAD WEBSITE. I WOULD SAY RATHER FAKE ONE. I PAID INR 8000 APPROXIMATELY FOR TWO ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER EVEN AFTER 60 DAYS IN INDIA. I FOLLOWED UP MULTIPLE TIMES ON THEIR ONLINE CHAT SERVICE AND WA MADE FALSE PROMISES EACH TIME AND WHEN I ASKED FOR TRACKING NO. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT HAD NO TRACKING NO TO GIVE AND ASKED ME IF I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I REFUSED AS OUT OF ALL ITEMS ORDERED, I WAS TOLD ONE ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND REFUND HAS BEEN ACTIONED. WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE... SO DONOT TRUST THEIR REFUND SYSTEM EITHER

Sizing is essential and the sizing chart was not offered during my ordering process. As a result, wrong size. Returning to China is a nightmare. The "customer service" representative suggested I sell it to a relative! Dear Jesus. Not ordering ever again.

Very good company to deal with. I thought I had a shipping problem but after contacting them they assured me it would arrive. They were right. Parcel came the next day.
I found this website to be great and the product ordered was even better than expected. I have now ordered more products from there website
Although I haven't received my order, yet, I just have to say that it is really annoying to ask where the order is and have no concrete answer. They gave me no tracking number and they do not specifically say they are located in China.

All the positive reviews I've read here have all the markings of "insider reviews" - DO NOT TRUST - China based companies are notorious for having their employees/associates write fake product reviews to boost their ratings in sites like Amazon, e-Bay, Overstock, etc. When reading positive product reviews pay close attention to the grammar, unusual or incorrect use of English language words, terms or phrases.
Good Quality clothing, BUT the shipping and handling charges are outrageous! I wont buy again.

I ordered two items. Both items were of poor quality and they were not true to size. I immediately emailed the customer service department as there is nothing in the shipping bag about returning items. I still cannot get a straight answer from them on how to get a refund after an exchange of 5 emails. I have sent 6 pictures of SKU numbers, the shipping label and the garments. I got another email saying they want a picture of me measuring the items. What does that even mean? They obviously have no intention of allowing me to return the items. Beware of this company.

They were great! I had a previous order that had came within 7 days of ordering. I placed another order, and it had been 14 days, so I sent 2 emails wanting to know what was up. They responded immediately and even apologized for the delay. Said my order would arrive within 10 to 20 das. It came 4 days later and I'm so so happarently with my shoes. I wear a sizero 12, so it's hard to find. Had to order13 which theyes had, and they fit. I sent them an email thanking them. They took action immediately and I was very very happy with the way they answered me. I loveven this site!

I ordered a dress on July 7th and received an email saying it was sent the next day. I didn't get it after two weeks so I sent an email. I got an immediate response saying it could take up to 25 days to get it and that they had sent it out on July 11th... now it's August 7th and I still have not received it. I had also read that if it was my first order I would get 15%off but there was nowhere to input that information on my order, so... no discount. I won't order anything from them again.
It is now August 10th and I have finally received my order. It's the only one and the last one. Shipping is by snail mail.

I ordered 2 handbags and when concerned I hadn't received them, customer services answered almost immediately and the bags arrived in a few days. They are of lovely quality and friends are impressed.
I have bought several items from this website, in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality, and speed of despatch of the goods ordered. On this last occasion there was a problem with the items (shoes) ordered, but after an exchange of emails, I was given a full refund to my Paypal account. I shall definitely buy from NewChic again!
I ordered a cotton blouse in purple (very pretty in the picture, substantial material, very loose fit, the way I like it). I ordered the largest size, XXL. I am a size 10. The blouse arrived and it is clearly not the same item as shown in the picture. It's more red than purple, very flimsy and thin fabric, the neck line is tiny, the sleeves which look huge in the picture, are tight and too short. It's so short, it just covers my waistline. I can't wear it, it looks horrible. I'm 150 lbs and 5'7, the XXL should have fit beautifully. And it's not a size mixup either, the label on the shirt says XXL. Lesson learned. I will never order again.

I ordered red shoes size 10 and got brown shoes size 7. Told them so in an email. First they want me to send a pic/video of shoes!?! I don't own a camera and even if I did, why do they need a pic? Now they want me to eat the return charges for the shoes that they made the mistake on... which will cost more than the original shoes... waiting to hear back from them... to be continued

I bought a lovely bag but had a problem with strap, I contacted customer service who were very efficenct and a replacement is being sent out. Customer service kept me informed all the while. Would recommend this site.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
