I ordered red shoes size 10 and got brown shoes size 7. Told them so in an email. First they want me to send a pic/video of shoes!?! I don't own a camera and even if I did, why do they need a pic? Now they want me to eat the return charges for the shoes that they made the mistake on... which will cost more than the original shoes... waiting to hear back from them... to be continued
