I ordered, both the same. The price was excellent. I wasn't sure if I would ever receive them because they were coming from China and sometimes that can be "iffy" at best, but just when I thought that I would never see them, I checked the tracking and saw they were due to be at my house in a couple of days. I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes, which I did receive in a timely manner, but I also received a duplicate order and was charged 2x on my credit card. I only ordered from them 1 time. I went back and looked at my orders and am letting my credit card company handle it!

DO NOT order from this company! They will screw you over when you attempt to return items. I have been dealing with them for over 3 months to refund my order, and they just give unacceptable excuses "as claiming they STILL haven't received the order back" when it has been OVER 3 months since it was shipped back to them!
OH... it was also shipped the same day for an order I refused, but they got that one back! Just not the orders where they have to refund my money! Save your money and shop somewhere else!

So many cute items to choose from, but nothing in stock. I didn't know until over 2 weeks after ordering that every single item was back ordered... why even list it if you don't have it? I found out when I checked my credit card list and had been charged $116 TWICE, but only one order number and only one receipt in my email. The order confirmation email had no indication of the back order situation. I had to find out when I logged in online at NewChic to see what was going on. No ETA, no explanation of the dual charge. I cancelled the order and told them I wanted a refund. They refunded the money, but didn't send an email to let me know. I had to look it up on my credit card site to see. I don't know how an online company can stay in business without communicating with their customers, or having any products in stock. I guess I am just spoiled by Amazon Prime.

Dont believe the hype. New Chic is NOT a reliable website and they need to be exposed. I ordered an item 3 weeks ago. The day after I ordered my item they claimed they had shipped it. A week later when I emailed them asking for a tracking number, they said "oh the item was just shipped yesterday." Mind you, this is AFTER they sent me an email a week prior claiming it had shipped. Then, the tracking info that they give you is bogus. I think this company is a FRAUD! They probably don't have the products you order in stock so, they make you wait weeks even months giving you lies until they are actually able to locate where to get the item they already sold you! They are HORRIBLE! TAKE THEM OUT OF BUSINESS NOWWW!

I placed an order but accidentally ordered wrong size and realized after order had been placed. I contacted them on chat line and the lady said the size could not be changed so I should cancel the order and reorder. I cancelled the order but did not reorder and I still got charged for the shoes... have not received a refund. Now I cannot contact the by chat line to follow up.

I ordered something on January 28th. It's now April 2nd and I still don't have my order. They have stopped responding to my emails and I can't get them on the phone. Everything they ship is from China and the sizing is WAY off. So unless you are naturally very thin, don't bother ordering even their plus size will be way too small. These people are nothing but scammers selling sweat shop cheap merchandise. Do NOT support them or buy from them!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
