I had a good experience buy a women clothing from NewChic. Even though it took almost one month to receive the product, the product was satisfying my expectations. When I sent emails to report the delay in delivery, NewChic team responded me and inform the tracking status. I experience a good service from these people.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and when I got them they were so extremely small it was ridiculous. Then I tried calling the 800 number for returns and the number is not a good number. You have to call China to get a hold of anyone. The online chat is of no help what so ever. My suggestion is do not order from this Chinese company. Total rip off!

Man, I ordered a mens ring to give it to my friend as a wedding gift. Guess wat, his wedding got over, he has a kid now (just sarcasm) still I didnt get the ring, I dono y they have kept live chat, everytime they tell the same bull $#*!, its in transit, it is on its way. I think they are sending packages through pigeon, infact even those birds would have delivered my order. Real $#*!ty people. This company must be banned.

I like different and hard to get items. This is a good site for that. Only down fall is most of it comes from China so it takes awhile to receive your items, but if your not in a rush its worth it.

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of boots and only after my order did I realize that they were being shipped from China. The shipment took over two weeks. The boots are way too small - although they are the size that I ordered, the size is MUCH smaller than a standard US brand of the same size. I contacted "customer service" via chat. The service agent was not skilled in English - and kept answering in a repetitive and 'robotic' manner. I was not offered a refund (unless I ship them back to China and who knows when I would hear back from them) nor a replacement. All that was offered to me is 'points' in their system for re-ordering another product. I paid over $30. For the boots and the 'points' offered (not yet delivered to my account) are valued at $4.00. This is NOT a company that I would deal with again and I hope that my review can save someone else the time, trouble and money lost.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. I had some issues with the tracking but customer service was very prompt in returning my emails within 24 hours. All issues worked out and my packages came within 2 1/2 weeks
I ordered 4 items on Feb 28,2017 and I received them on first week of April. One of them was out of stock so I had to cancel and refund and one of them was faulty in its sleeve's out. Now I claimed the item and I am still waiting their response. Before you order, you make sure it takes a lot of time to get what you order. Sometimes you have to wait more than 2-3month or more...

Ordered a cheap pair of clogs for the beach. Thought it was a good price. While ordering the instructions were to order the next size larger because they run small. So I did. Well they were too big. So I found out that I have to pay the postage to send these shoes back to China! Also have to send them a photo of shipping receipt as proof I mailed them. Took weeks to get the shoes because they ship them from China. I tried to cancel my order after reading many bad reviews( wish I read them before I ordered) but they just happened to ship my order the day I asked to cancel it. What a waste of money

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
