I purchased two very pretty bras. After reading the suggestions before I purchased the bras that they ran small, I decided to order two sizes up from what I normally wear. The order came and the bras were still too small. I would say not sized for American women. The company refused to exchange them and suggested that I should just take the loss and donate them to the goodwill. I will do that but they will not get another dime from me or anyone that I know on social media. Ie. Facebook, Instagram. Ordered and received a pair of shoes I ordered in size 11 which the info suggested I order larger since their shoes run small. Received them and they were still too small. Contacted them, measured my feet and they said they didn't have any that would work. Instead of returning them they instead refunded me $8.31 for shoes I pd. $22.82 for. Beware seems to me to be a scam.

It took very long, but finally I have received some of the products. It took them 2 months to advise that some products were not available anymore, but they were reimbursed
I ordered a cap 3 months ago and am still waiting for it. Everytime I call in I get the same agent, Sky, and she repeats the same thing over and over. I asked for a refund and was told that it would be done in 72 hours at the latest. It has been over a week now and I have not received credit back on my account.

Bought two dresses and upon receipt could not understand the sizing. Apparently they have no idea of American sizes. Purchase price of about US$60 total seemed attractive but return rules made it impossible to reasonably return. Required postal return with tracking number - estimate of $52.00! Ended up giving the dresses to skinny teenager.

I love some of the items they sell but the reviews make me reluctant to buy any thing else, I bought a jumper from them in Jan this year it never arrived, got the same bs as everyone else, delayed shipment! Go collect from post office! The best one is bad weather! Purchased a bra knowing very well what the site was (Asian cheap products - they have a useful place in the market), however after two months my package is nowhere to be found.
Used the online chat service asking for a refund because it's clearly been lost, and she tries to tell me that she will issue me a refund but I will be charged again if it shows up. I cannot control what gets slid through my mailbox and I'm sorry but it has been over two months. Good customer service would not play games like that. My agent was very condescending and we talked around in circles. Super frustrating experience.

I was reluctant to buy a bra online but the price was too good to be true, I had to try and I'm glad I did. I'll be honest a couple didn't fit so I contacted customer service. I was not aware of the reurn policy before I purchased (my fault), but the customer service people were very nice and very helpful. This is a total scam. They are based in china and I waited over a month with no package. They give you a bogus tracking number and then say sometimes you have to pick it up at the post office. Good luck figuring that one out. FRUAD!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry.
