I ordered a pair of shoes on March 19th. At that time it's written the item is available. My CC been charged directly. After 2 days, I checked my order status and it's stated that the item is out of stock. I contacted the CS by live chat and they said the item will re-stock on March 31. And today I contacted their CS again and they said the item will be in stock on April 10... Gosshhh...

I ordered two pairs of shoes and when the package arrived, for some reason one pair of shoes only had one shoe in the package! I emailed customer service and Lynn contacted me immediately. Once we had sorted out what the problem was, a new pair of shoes was mailed to me - without question and without cost! I was very impressed with both the quality of the product and the service received. Outstanding work by Lynn!
Alot of the items on the site are really cheap which is great but do keep in mind they will get you for the shipping and i also recommend spending the extra I think it was $0.64 For tracking numbers but like I said you get what you pay for, I only ordered squishies... basically toys and out of the 3 I have received so far (still waiting for 2 more) only one was not what it was suppose to be, but I got in contact with them (linda) immediately and let them know that my item was not what it was they responded pretty fast and apologized and even gave me my money back on that item which was back in my account (paypal) within 24 hours and didn't ask me to return it. Definitely recommend this website but only if you have alot if patience waiting for your packages because they are coming from China.
The site seemed sketchy, but I ordered shoes according to their sizing, and they fit just right. My shoes were out of stock, but I was told immediately. There were follow up emails, a prompt, polite response with each of my questions, and I got my shoes in about 22 days, not bad. I'm thrilled for the price and have gotten dozens of compliments. Would definitely give them another shot!
Ordered 3 dresses. Measured myself b4 ordering. Waited quite a while to get them. Took one dress out of pkg and knew it was very small. They sent the size I ordered but I measured the bust which was 4" smaller than their size chart. Sent email with complaint. We're fairly quick to respond offering 1/2 my money back and I keep dresses. What good does that do for me? Reminded them of 100% sat guarantee. Got money back, gave dresses away. I also thought they were of rather poor quality material and a bit dubious of their look after washing. My money return was fairly prompt. I also was charged a fee by my bank for an international transaction.

They are little bet slow, you have to have patient. The good think would be to have traking nr. For the order.
The delivered item had very low quality and poor material, looked very cheep, but on the picture it looked classy. Probaby totally phothoshopped. It is totally complicated and expensive to get a refund so I gave it up in the end.
Never again, dont recommend to anyone

I had ordered a sun hat on line - no confirmation email sent of order - sent email to customer service after my account was debited and discovered that it was out of stock - after several more emails with Beatrice (who by the way was extremely helpful in resolving this problem) another hat was ordered - it took 21 days for it to be delivered - new chic has lovely items but the communication between customer and company should include an email to verify that the order has been received and shipped. I am very happy with the item I ordered - just wish there was better communication follow with the customer

Ordered 2 bras- went up a size to 42E (am normally a 40DD). The bra received was more like a 38/40 B cup, that looked more like a small bra with long straps. Emailed repeatedly and all they will offer is a 50% refund and told me to keep the bras. I guess they don't want their crap either.

They sell cloths. If it does not fit, as is to be expected when one can not try on the clothing before purchasing, don't expect the refund they promise. You will be lucky to be offered half your purchase price. They do not honor their promises, presumably, figuring that it is more expensive for the buyer to take them to court for a single purchase than the item is worth. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
