My orders have not arrived up to this date and it's been more than a month already. They do not answer to FB messages and their chat function in their app is a joke! You will be told that you are number 2 or so on queue and waiting time is 18 mins. 18 mins later, app says you have poor internet connection! Really? Everytime? When I have superb data connection?! Followed up thru email and was told to pick up the items in the local post office! Why do they ask for my shipping address if shipping is not door to door? Seriously, are you scammers?!
I unfortunately did NOT receive my product and it was no longer in stalk but... no issues with refunding my money got it back super fast as well as amazing communication.

I have ordered several times from New Chic and always been impressed with the value for the shoes I receive and also the excellent customer service. I had an issue with one package being shipped, a tracking problem with the USPS, not any fault of NC, and yet they were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. Really awesome customer service!
Why is the packaging so terrible 2 hats wrapped in a plastic bag and needed to be blocked to get the shape back, not good for PR. First and last buy from NEWCHIC. Must have been packed by a child.

I am revising my review of June 16. I had given NewChic a very negative review, saying that they were a scam and inept in customer service because I had never received my items even though my account had been charged. However, I was wrong. I received my shoes yesterday afternoon and they are very nice, very comfortable and they look exactly like what I had seen in the photograph. As it turns out the shipping is longer than typical because evidently this company does not have any distributors in the USA. This means that the items are shipped directly from China, which means that you must be willing to wait oftentimes two to three weeks for delivery. Their customer service needs a little work, but, overall, their products are good and they do deliver. Just setting the record straight. I was wrong. NewChic is a good company. Not a scam at all. :)

I was told that I was a liar that I received the wallet but didn't they said it says received and I went and looked it had said everything was received on my end. I got back all my money told them to cancel my order and will not order again. Thentoday i get1 thing I had ordered but they already refunded me the money am going to send back am going to put return to sender and this thing I got today was under $10.00 and my wife had to sign for it but this $#*! Ordered shoes over 7 weeks ago The site was on Facebook. Thought the shoes were coming from the USA. Looking on the website they are being sent from China.
Still have not received the shoes and looking at the website with all the negative feedback I do not think I will ever receive them. I paid nearly £32.00. Before ordering anything on line I would suggest to anyone to check the reviews. Very Very Dissapionted I would not give them a rating

After waiting for two months without receiving my order i went on live chat and spoke to them and they promised me a refund and i am still waiting. New Chic is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with: On April 25,2017 I ordered three items the same day I saw them advertised on Facebook. I was charged about $19.58 for shipping the three items. I was notified, weeks later that two of the items were no longer available and given the option to cancel. I canceled and was refunded only for the cost of the items. No allowance was made for the shipping charge. When the third item arrived, drop shipped from China, it was of a different color than ordered. I never received any notice of a color change or if that change was acceptable to me. I was not given the choice to cancel this third item. In summary I was charged about $45.00 (w/shipping) for a $26.00 item that was not the item I ordered. When I complained, the email reply said the shipping charge could not be changed or credited. When I complained again after receiving the wrong colored item, I never received a reply. The item itself is okay, although flimsy, not worth the $26.32 even if shipping were free. More importantly, if you wish to deal with a company with very poor customer service and excessive shipping charges, it is at your own risk. Jun. 13 2017

I think the quality is very good! But, I notified them that they ran smaller then our normal size. They replaced both the bra and sent an extender for the other one, and another pair of camo shorts for my son. They were prompt and took care of it all, without me having to send back the other products at an additional shipping charge.

The absolute WORST customer service ever. I made the mistake of returning an item that didn't fit. Not only was I out the expensive return cost but was never successful in getting a refund. There is no phone number to contact them only online chat with someone who either doesn't understand English (or is just pretending not to understand) and email which they NEVER respond to.
