I ordered dresses, took a while to recieve an email confirmation.
Then I went to post office to check and recieved my package. BIG SURPRISE TO RECIEVE 12 pieces of HORRIBLE LOOKING UNDERWEARS!
I have sent them an email and still waiting for reply.
Ordered my item May 2nd, and after two weeks of not receiving a shipping confirmation, I emailed them. They followed up the next day and reported that they had shipped it. It is now 4 weeks after that and I still have not received the item. There is no reason shipping should take this long for a $20 item.

Ordered a pair of shoes in April but incorrect size received mid May. Notifield Customer Service who were most apologetic and despatched the correct size and told me to keep the original pair ( which are no good for me - but found friend who was happy to have them). Requested refund but was told shipment already despatched. They advised courier consignment note for track and trace- so was able to see item already on the way and transit points enroute. Delivery was approximately 3 weeks and shoes arrived safe and sound. Despite the incorrect size - I found their customer service team offer good service and product quality very good for reasonable price. I would recommend this Company and I will use again.
Had difficulty getting the size of my Bra's right, NewChic has now offered to sent out a bigger size for free. I was told to keep the other pairs. I will order again.
The delivery seems long, but all of us are impatient. I bought two pairs of shoes and love them both for the price paid. Awesome value! I will shop here again.

I ordered a bra the Feb. 15 2017 but have not gotten anything yet. I have emailed them no one got back to me. They said at first that they didn't have one the color I wanted so I told them that to send any color so that I didn't have to wait to long, Well this is the longest I have ever waited and I know I'll never get it. I ordered 2 products from them on May 26th and until now I have not received them. I went to their online chat customer service and I was told that one of the products is out of stock. I told them that on their site the product is in stock so how can they say that it's out of stock. They said that what's on their site is not correct. They asked me if I want to wait and so I said sure I will wait but can they ship the other one since that one is in stock. They said they would but until now I have not received an email that it has been shipped at all. In fact I have never received any email at all not even to just inform me that my product was out of stock. I am just so glad that I ordered only 2 products and did not order more. This is a terrible company to deal with. So many people have already attested to this. My fault is that I did not research first and read reviews about this company. Next time I order online for the first time from a new company I am going to research reviews about them first. Good quality BUT I ordered 44 inches on bra, size I'm 42 and instructions are to order next size up when it came it measured 32 inches straps not long enough. I ordered shoes next size up and should have ordered 2 sizes up!

After all the prom dress fails I have seen, I can't believe I fell for this. I ordered two items. A bra, which came today, and a pair of shoes that are supposedly on the way. It took 6 weeks to receive today's package. The bra is nothing like the one pictured. The lace is of much lower quality than the image on the site. The cups are two different sizes and lopsided. The bottom lace band was much smaller and not sewn straight, kind of warbled. Terrible quality. The picture on the site showed a superbly made product. I immediately went to the site to cancel the shoe shipment, but it says they have shipped (they were on back order). But when I try to track them nothing can be found. I am glad I didn't spend a lot of money on their products.
Update: I did finally receive the shoes, several months later. They are actually pretty cute. Nice raw leather ballet flats with a chunky real rubber sole. They are a stylish color, burnt orange, and are super comfy. I followed their sizing chart and measured my feet to be sure because I have big feet. They fit perfectly. I am pleased with the quality of the leather shoes and have added another star.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
