I would discourage anybody from ordering from this company. I placed an order on 28 April 2017. When I emailed on 27 May 2017 asking where my order was, I was that delivery takes 7 - 20 days. I pointed out that I had been waiting for 29 days and the response was that I should "kindly wait another two weeks". I refused and requested a refund. The response was exactly the same - "kindly wait another two weeks". I again refused and requested a refund, a request which has been ignored. Absolutely appalling service and should be avoided.

I ordered the same item in two different colours in the same size from this company and they are two different sizes but with the same label sewn in saying they are both medium. They wouldn't refund the 15% first time order diacount that I should have received but didn't. The quality of the clothing is absolutely awful, all loose stitching and horrible materials. I have emailed several times and received replies to some but not all of my emails. The only good point is that they did arrive within a few days which, judging my most reviews here, is a miracle!

The shoes that I have ordered came 1 size too big and after long back and force with requests to send to photograph shoes email photo back to them- silence for 4 weeks. I only wanted to exchange for a proper size. I had to involve PayPal in order to resolve it. Now is a tricky part- PayPal will refund money and I have to send shoes back to China. Cost of the shipping is as much as cost of the shoes.

Ordered 3 bags, 2 small (about 30 cm and cheap-£7) and 1 large 42 cms and £20. (The large one would hold a laptop)
2 bags came roughly on time, the third had still not arrived a month later, after contacting them I was thanked for not cancelling and after being told to go to my PO and search.(which I did) They sent me another, it is even smaller than the other 2 bags and of no use to me. I therefore wasted over £20 and have a bag that would carry a hamster. Their customer service has obviously not received the 11 emails I sent them! Complete waste of time and money.

I ordered 2 dresses, having checked my measurements against their size chart. One dress was much too long, dragged on the floor, at least 10 inches longer than their description, and the bust was 3 inches wider. The other's sleeves were so long they ended around my knuckles. Their size charts are ridiculous - no way is an "XXL" equivalent to a European size 46. I wasn't happy with the fabric either. I had to send them photos of the dresses with a tape measure to prove their sizes were wrong, and told it's too expensive and lengthy to return them to China, so they offered me a 50% refund and advised me to give the dresses to a friend. I don't have any tall, wide friends with very long arms, so I'll give them to a charity shop and have to write off the 29 euros it has cost me (the other 50% plus postage). I will not be ordering from Newchic again. To be fair, the after-sales service has been good and I have now received the 50% refund.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
