Ordered product as per their size chart, items recieved not even close to correct size, definitely not up to US sizes or European sizes, way too small. On a positive not the product did appear to be well made, just meant for children not adults. Contacted customer service they initially offered to refund 50% of the total cost, second time the offer went up to 70%!

This company, for the moment; is a true candidate for America's Rip Off Reports.com. Please understand that as you weave your way through the murky depths of complaints; one might take a sympathetic to the employees doing their very best to ease the complaints of the customers who are giving the bad reviews.
Let's look at these problems from the source. The source being the upper management of NewChic; in general. These folks were recently brand new to this business. They were starving for knowledge. Enter a scheming CEO and VP into the mix who wants to make money at any cost. These semi educated guys and gals have the distinct privilege of training the employees to do things the wrong way. They are, in fact; commended for their accomplishments. The problem is that the employees are doing things the wrong way; thinking that these ways are right. They will never stop doing things the wrong way because they honestly believe that they are doing things the right way because they have been taught that way from upper management. I believe that if a new CEO, VP, and CFO, were interjected into this company who had a passion for customer service, along with paying attention to all of the details that the job required; they could become a great company. It might take some time; but it is doable. The old management would definitely have to be removed for this to work.

I saw these online and wondered what the quality and fit would be like. They are exactly as pictured and fit great. Looking forward to wearing this weekend.
Pros: Good customer service response. Quick and efficient responses. Seller contacted me asking for exact measurements so they could find the correct fit for me; they offered to send me 2 replacement bras at no additional cost to me - I did not have to return the 3 original ordered bras
Cons: Sizes run extremely small - I ordered my typical size of 36D. They suggested 44C and are sending 2 replacements at no cost to me; delivery is slow but to be expected from overseas.
Success of replacement sizes to be determined... stay tuned! Overall I give them 4 stars and I've learned how to order from overseas.
I ordered two pairs of extremely cute shoes from NewChic but was terribly disappointed. I ordered the size I normally wear but when the shoes arrived, they were approx. One and a half sizes too small. I contacted their customer service to discuss return or exchange and was told a return would cost so much it would be more than the whole cost of the order.
I started researching their sizing and it turns out that they make up their own, then claim they are standard US sizes. When I looked at the measurements, their sizes are roughly a full US size smaller than someone in the US would expect. While they technically shipped what I ordered, there was no notice that I should double check sizing, or that their sizes run small.
That's extremely poor business practice, bad customer service, and I can't UNRECOMMEND them enough.

NewChic creates ethnic bright products, I ordered a coat of size M, it was not enough, buy clothes 1-2 sizes larger. NewChic promised to send a suitable size without problems.

I ordered a pair of shoes there was a bit of a wait but they did come looked lovely only thing wrong they were far too small. I did email but no answer. Then I noticed chat on their site. The customer service was very helpful they gave me back my money within two days. I would shop again but would order larger size shoes

Package was a long time being delivered. I sent an email to customer services asking if there was a problem. Got prompt, very polite reply. However, package arrived the following day, so no fault on NewChics part. Sandals are lovely, so I'm very pleased.

I had problems receiving my shoes. Although I never did get them (problem with mail delivery) the customer service (Daisy) was excellent. My enquirers were answered promptly.
I was assured my money would be returned, and encouraged to order anything else directly through Daisy.
We purchased a few items small enough to fit in a mail box. This was over 2 months ago. I requested a refund for they took my money like lightening and i never recieved the product. So far after request for refund i was told it was not a problem BUT to reject packag if it showed up or repay for it. So 2 things raised red flags 1 they did not ship no where close to the date alledged 2. They saw i requested my money for a product i did not recieve in a timely fashion. Beware people they do NOT value customers as other sites do. Also realized there is nosuch thing as blue strawberry plant seed lol it was one of the products I ordered. Buyer beware stay with reputable businesses
I got a reply dancing around this saying countries have different deliveries even by pony express its doubtful it would take 3 months. I have called the postal service and they have nothing there with the number they gave me. My opinion it never got filled irregardless i do not recommend this company to anyone. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
