From looking at other reviews, it seems that many of us were caught in the same glossy marketing trap - cute bathing suits for curvy women, reasonably priced. I ordered two suits, one fit well and one didn't. When I tried to return the suit that didn't fit (because the description was wrong), I got the bullsh*t emails you see below. Now they've just stopped responding, which means I'm going to (probably) be stuck with a suit that doesn't fit. For all I know, the one that does fit will fall apart after the first wear.
There's not much to be said about these dishonorable scammers, other than ALWAYS check the reviews of a company you've never ordered from before.
I ordered two pairs of extremely cute shoes from NewChic but was terribly disappointed. I ordered the size I normally wear but when the shoes arrived, they were approx. One and a half sizes too small. I contacted their customer service to discuss return or exchange and was told a return would cost so much it would be more than the whole cost of the order.
I started researching their sizing and it turns out that they make up their own, then claim they are standard US sizes. When I looked at the measurements, their sizes are roughly a full US size smaller than someone in the US would expect. While they technically shipped what I ordered, there was no notice that I should double check sizing, or that their sizes run small.
That's extremely poor business practice, bad customer service, and I can't UNRECOMMEND them enough.
Tip for consumers:
You'll note in their response to my review that they talk about sizing and their policy, etc etc. My problem is not in their sizing, my problem is that they don't offer the information that their sizes run small and to double check measurements before ordering.
Putting that information in an obvious place would be helpful and demonstrate that they care about customer satisfaction.

The sizes of the shoes are smaller than ordinary. You can find all the details about the sizes of each item on every product page. To choose a correct size, we suggest that you can measure your own size and then read the size reference on our product page. When you select the size, it tells you the size in inches.
