I brought a pair of shoes, due to the fact they come from Asia it's going to take a few weeks. The shoes were nice, but too big. I had to send pics of my foot with a tape measure to assure them it was their mistake. Which I did and a picture of front of package with address they also asked for. Did all that and then nothing no answer to email or site or live chat, so I adviced them I was going to inform the Trade commission, guess it worked they told me they would refund half the price and I am waiting for the correct size which I paid for, adviced the correct size is now supposed to be on it's way. When this pair arrives I will not be using them again ever. Guess one has to be pro-active as I am sure from reading the reviews people just give up in the end.
I order a fidget spinner 6 days ago (but the day I ordered it, it was Saturday. So I had to wait until Monday, because it ships "in one business day" so it should have came on Thursday...) Right now its its Thursday, so I've waited 4-6 full days (nearly a week) and still no email, arrival, or anything on the matter. In starting to think I have been scammed of my parents money. I ordered two of the same fidget spinner (because when I ordered the first spinner, I wanted to choose a different one, so I refunded it. And ordered everything the exact same. Bought a couple of items from this company and will NEVER buy from them again. When the items arrived, 28 days later, they were totally the wrong size. It was VERY difficult to get return shipping information from them. Had to get PayPal involved to get any info at all. When the dispute was resolved in my favour I was faced with the cost of returning the garments back to China, tracked. This would have cost MORE than the garments cost in the first place. Customer Service from this Company is none existatant. Be VERY careful if you do buy from NewChic as the sizes they display are NOT UK sizes. In any correspondence with NewChic you will have to supply photographs and in depth information 3 or 4 times over.

Absolutely delighted with them they are beautiful and as advised I had ordered a half size bigger so they are fine. Would order again from this company
REVIEW: NewChic does not know American sizes at all. I ordered a pair of US M shorts but they sent me US XL shorts. HUGE. They refuse to send me new shorts because they needed a photo of a "SKU label", which was never sent to me. I sent them picture of the shorts, every tag on the shorts (which clearly showed that they shorts were XL) as well as the shipping label. They still refused to send me the correct shorts and eventually offered me a refund. Unfortunately, that refund will take 10 (!) days to process so I'm turning to my credit card company for a chargeback. They really shouldn't do business with the US, they don't know how to treat American customers.

I had a large order and ultimately removed all but 2 items. The price at checkout was different than what was quoted in my cart. And the 15 and 20 percent coupons were not calculated correctly. And live chat was not much help.

I placed an order yesterday afternoon and got an email this morning after they took the money from my account stating that my money will refunded in the next 14 days without an explanation. After waiting for a few minutes online for a live chat agent I am being told that the order was cancelled by them because the address provided was suspicion. Mind you its my work address where I get all my deliveries at, its a hospital. I explained that to the agent and was told to email a copy of my driver's license so that they could confirm my name and address. I again expanded that the address on my id was not the work address. And then the agent said ok so we will confirm your name then. I don't know what Scam this is but do not buy from here. They are not even located in the states.
I have bought several things from this company already. I had an issue with late delivery but I think it was due to the customs in the UK rather than Newchic.
I received an item which was broken and I got the refund straight away and the customer services has always been effective, quick and courteous.
Newchic has lots of items and I have difficulties stopping myself for buying many of the handbags they have.
Placed my order on 4/24/2017. Never got an email to confirm. Contacted customer service, said delivery will take 25 business days! IT WAS IN STOCK! I'll never order from them again.

Although the shoes were very nice I had to wait 2 months for 1 pair and 3 months for the other. I usually wear size 6.5 and ordered size 8 and they fit fine. All in all if I see nore shoes that I would like I would order them
Bought an orange pair of shoes. Sooo comfortable. I ordered another, blue, pair, unfortunately out of stock. I requested a refund. Dealt with immediately. I shall certainly shop Newchic again. Delivery not particularly speedy but hey... don't expect perfection at that price.
So. I order the dress (to come to Australia) then read the reviews, after which I am sure it will never arrive/not fit/be crap quality. But guess what? It did arrive (2 weeks which is quite ok), it does fit and the quality's fine!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
