I ordered my wife 5 pairs of the most unique shoes ever. It took a while to receive them, but very expected because they are shipped from Asia. When they arrived they were small so I contacted the company, they got back to me within 24 hours and to make a long story short the customer service rep was amazing and they sent me all new replacements. Just had to pay the shipping. What a great company.
Possibly all right for clothing. Scammers for garden plants.
They advertise a large number of impossible plants and flowers -- the photos are pure photoshop -- and send people killed seeds which never sprout into anything, probably on the basis that most people will simply assume something wrong with their gardening or "natural" seed failure. The fact is, the photoshopped flowers and killed seeds are a deliberate scam.
The company do not acknowledge communication, much less respond to it.
I ordered two items and they would only fit a child. I've asked for refund and no response. Dont order from them! I just threw $$ down the drain

Never buy from this company! I ordered a face mask from newchic over 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I even talked to newchic customer service asking when it would arrive, however all they said was after shipment it would take 7-20 days to arrive. It has been way past that. If I could rate newchic 0 out of 10 I would!

This company is awful. They will cancel your order if you pay through credit card and don't want to register a Paypal account. Even if the website says "option" to register a Paypal account. Took 2 weeks to get my boxers. The boxers had a 3" rip in the seam. He told me the hole wasn't big enough to issue a refund. He eventually came to his senses and agreed to refund the money. Will never buy from them again

In the USA I wear a size ladies 10. As a precaution I ordered two pairs in size 11 due to the comments I read here. They arrived and are at least 1/2 inch too short. Four emails later with their customer service, sending pictures of how the shoes fit, a picture of my foot on a tape measure, etc, they finally answer back that according to the measure I should wear a size 15 and they do not manufacture.
They explain that you cannot return shoes due to the cost of postage to China. This company should not be doing business in the US unless they first learn the sizing of our population, establish a customer service for returns and exchanges in the USA. I learned my lesson, never buy directly from China! The shoes will be donated

One star taken off because when you order an item they don't provide "in stock/back ordered/discontinued" information. Second star taken off because customer service doesn't even seem to know this information either AND I was told my order could take up to 20 business days! I can see the items are coming from Japan, but are they sending them by boat? The three stars are because the six items I finally received were even better than I thought they would be, sized perfectly since I followed their charts and MUCH cheaper than I would pay here in NYC. You also get notified when an item on your wish list has been reduced in price and you earn points for ordering and giving reviews. I'm going to hang in there. If you're not in a hurry, it's worth it.

Sent in an initial order to make sure the sizing was right, it arrived within 5 days, shoes exactly the right size(I did take the time to measure my feet to be sure!) and as good as they looks. Excellent quality. Put in further order for two pairs of shoes, they took a little longer but arrived within a day of each other. Both as per description, beautiful! Would advise though, reading others comments, that you allow at least two weeks for delivery and be surprised if it's sooner.
I ordered on April 24 and, according to their tracking service, my order was sent from L. A. on May 5. That's much too long. And I don't know if I'll ever receive my order based on other reviews. I will not be ordering from Newchic again even should the merchandise turn out to be fabulous.

Can never tell me when my delivery date is, just keeps telling me to be aware that it can take 5-8 business days. Which is ridiculous within itself. I'm paying $17 to wait 8 business days for a package. When I ask if its possible for a refund if I dont get my package in time all I get is the same generic response and then dont actually answer my question. On top of that you can tell they copy and paste about everything they say to you like where do they find these representatives? Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
