One star taken off because when you order an item they don't provide "in stock/back ordered/discontinued" information. Second star taken off because customer service doesn't even seem to know this information either AND I was told my order could take up to 20 business days! I can see the items are coming from Japan, but are they sending them by boat? The three stars are because the six items I finally received were even better than I thought they would be, sized perfectly since I followed their charts and MUCH cheaper than I would pay here in NYC. You also get notified when an item on your wish list has been reduced in price and you earn points for ordering and giving reviews. I'm going to hang in there. If you're not in a hurry, it's worth it.
Hi Claire- I'm very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order, certainly not what we want a customer to experience ever- let alone on their first order. We work very hard to only put on truly the best of the best food from around the country, so we take feedback like this very seriously. I do hope you'll give us another chance to try something that might be more to your liking.
