I ordered clothes from this company after seeing them advertise on Facebook, I never had any confirmation email but they took the money. After 2 weeks of waiting I tried contacting them by email NO REPLY 3 emails later and still no correspondence I have cancelled and await to see if I get a FULL refund. The items I received were okay but generally really poor quality for the money even though I spent ages looking at the things online and selecting excitedly items that I imagined to be amazing - pretty stupid of me because when they turned up I realised I pretty much burnt my money over crappy items and shouldn't have taken the risk.

I order and got email right away about the status of my order. I got a damaged item (main zipper broke) I have notify them via email 6th plus times and takes 2-3 days for them to respond. It came damaged and I would like refund - that's all but instead they say I need this, photo does not show damage, zipper is NOT attached to clasp on all photos and is showing it is NOT attached so is damaged!

You are able to receive people's money without a hitch, which happens immediately, why can't the service portion of your business work as smoothly? I got notified on the shipment details and it is easy to track the order status. The customer service staff are helpful and the reply from them is quick. I also like the product quality and think that the items are good-value-for-money.
I really get the inpression that New Chic has the potential to be a great source of interesting and attractive clothing. Unfortunately the company seems to be operating a business plan that just does not work properly. I ordered a shirt. OK, I knew about the tiny sizes and got one that fits, but it came direct from China, and took two weeks. The Polo shirts I ordered at the same time had not arrived after six weeks, marked "Back order". I cancelled them and got a refund. My note to New Chic, get your act together. Make sure you have stocks ready, and don't spend money advertising on items you can't supply. This is a world of order today, arrive tomorrow. Running your business the way you do now is not good enough. Get your act together, and I'll be a regular customer. Until then... no chance.

I ordered a small handbag from Newchic... it seemed to be taking ages to arrive ( shouldnt complain. Delivery was free!) although when I eventually read the delivery details the time it took was correct. I contacted the online chat to find out what was happening to my bag and even though I had lost my confirmation email, the staff member found my details and sent me the tracking of my parcel... it arrived the next day. Panic over!
I ordered 2 bras on May 4,2017 and as of todate I haven't received them, phone number that they give can't be connected from the United States, plus I've read a lot of the same problems with other people

Terrible! Avoid this company. The customer service is a joke. You will lose your money.
I bought a pair of shoes. First, the PayPal screen was in Chinese, then I receive an email showing I had ordered two pairs of exact same shoes!? Even though I emailed Customer Service straight away to alert them to the error, apparently nothing could be done or cancelled, as they had been dispatched immediately (yeah right!?)
The shoes (both pairs!) arrived over a month later, and were ridiculously too small and were NOT the size ordered, but the company say that the £15-£20 return costs must be covered by myself. For their error.
It is absolutely terrible. Please be aware and read all the other very unhappy reviews.

I've made multiple attempts to reach out to Newchic about the status of my backordered item. The web site didn't even say the item was out of stock before I ordered it. My credit card was charged for a product that doesn't exist. No one will respond to an email and no one is answering the livechat. Worst customer service ever. I never even received an email that the item I purchased was out of stock. I will be telling all of my friends to never order from this site. And now I'm being told that the order is being processed so I can't receive a refund. If the item is indefinitely backordered, it's not processing. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
