NewChic was very slow to send this bra. I ordered 2 sizes larger as their catalog recommended. The band size was okay, but the cup size was 6 to 8 sizes smaller than I ordered! Item took almost three weeks to arrive and then was completely and utterly wrong! Not only slightly wrong: I ordered gorgeous black dungarees and got this hideous cheap nasty dress that I wouldnt wear in a million years! Cant help thinking its a scam: they advertise on Facebook and then rip you off when you order. Wish Id seen this site before I ordered, very much doubt Ill get a refund now :(( (

I ordered a shirt in accordance with their online sizing chart. It was so small that I couldn't put it on. After trying for a week to communicate with them (like their return policy stated), they finally responded and told me read their return policy and to read their sizing chart. Yep, I did all that, which was why I sent them two emails. They finally said to send the shirt back at my expense, which was a couple dollars less than I paid for the shirt. So, I'm stuck with it and will use it to dry off the dog.

For my initial order, I followed the steps for ordering one size up. When the items arrived, they were a bit tight in band size. I contacted Customer Service (via email) and they agreed to send me two new items at a larger size than I'd ordered at no charge. They also allowed me to keep the original items so there was no hassle to return them. Sure it takes awhile to ship, but for the price and the fact that they are coming from China, I don't have a problem waiting a week or two. Thanks NewChic!

I've ordered 4 times. All orders arrived fairly quickly and I was able to track all shipments. There was 2 items on back order and I was offered a refund or wait 8 days longer. I refunded one item on the app and I just recieved other item. I have no complaints and puzzled by others who have has issues.

I don't know what's going on but it's been 5 days and my order is still on "pre-shipment". Contacted customer service and they're taking forever to reply back. I recently ordered a pair of shoes from NewChic as advertised on Facebook. When they arrived they were damaged. I attached two photos of the stains which appeared on each toe with my lefter of complaint. Several complaints later Ashley answered me asking if I would accept another shipment instead of a refund. I answered back saying I had ordered them especially for a trip I would be taking next week,... so knowing they wouldn't arrive on time... I asked for my money back plus the shipping charges. Waited another couple of days for a reply and this morning Ashley asking if I would expect ONE HALF credit back. Really... since when did a company go into the business of trying to bargain with their customer? These shoes are headed to the trash as they unfit to wear, and I have to be the one out the money. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
