I placed an order on May 8 and still have not received my order. Live chat two times took over an hour each time and they say if they receive the items from the supplier I may receive it in 33 days. Today is July 5. So, beginning of August? 3 months.
Had a customer service issue, and they resolved it fairly quickly.
Initial order came out within a few days and they responded with tracking and got it going quickly.
For overseas direct shipping, not bad choices and options
Placed an order in the end of May and I have not received anything from them. The customer service just come up with stupid answers. The items has been on "transit" for the past 40 days! They take the money from people, work with it and make money for themselves and give a $#*! in holding their promises to the same customer that pay them money! NOT RECOMMENDED.

I've had a great experience ordering from newchic! I received everything and I like how plus sizes are available on their website.
Placed an order the end of May and as of today, July 4th, still have not received. Contacted customer service, they told me to tack the package. The tracking service only tracks the package in Asia. Once in the US, it's untraceable. I did receive a package and I have no idea what it was. I was definitely not what I ordered. It was a package of small foam pads. Not the shorts I ordered. I finally asked for my money back. Hopefully that won't take over a month also!

Well, it; s been 22 days and no package from Newchic. They sent my order to Azerbjan instead of Ontario Canada. Then they have the nerve to keep sending me the tracking showing delivery to Azerbajan over and over again. They know the delivery address but will not realize their mistake. They have stolen my money.

I purchased these shoes in blue and they are adorable! Look great with jeans for sure. They are wide width which works for me. The length is slightly short but I have read that the leather stretches and I am anticipating this to be true. Once they stretch they will be perfect. I plan on wearing them a lot. The shoes are very comfortable and stylish. And the bottoms are so cool! Who doesn't want to feel like part octopus? I will buy another pair of shoes similar to these. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
