I placed an order a couple of weeks ago for some bras. All good took the money then sent an email saying half my order wasn't available, would I like to split the order. I emailed back and said I was happy to wait for the complete order. No response, then I received an email to sat that my order had been cancelled and they were refunding me the money. Although there were a few glitches, I was delighted with the things I bought and with the quality of service from newchic. When my dress took a very long time to arrive, they tracked it down and discovered it was still in customs. They sent me another dress and I didn't have to return the first one.
The boots I bought were beautiful and fitted perfectly. Unfortunately, the zip broke, but again, when I got in touch with them they were very helpful and will send me a second pair of boots (I do not have to return the first pair.)
I was going to order but not any more. It's laughable how much they're trying to present themselves as a reliable company with the quick responses. May be they should focus on customer service. I'm not sure if people are aware but Chinese companies have a history of hiring people to write positive reviews. You can tell right away by reading the 4/5 star ones. Glad I didn't shop.

I odered a dress, the shipping took about 2,5 weeks - in good time, the size was good, the material was perfect! I liked it and I'm goung to order more and tell all my friends. Your are may trust them.
It took longer than I hoped for my two pairs of shoes to arrive but I wasn't too surprised considering how far they were travelling to get here! I think the hold-up might have been with Canada Post. I kept in touch throughout via email with the very courteous Beatrice at NewChic. Shoes arrived yesterday. They look great and they feel terrific. Just what I was hoping for.
Because products are shipped directly from China, there are effectively no returns for items that do not fit, are the wrong size, etc. Strongly recommend everyone avoid this site!

Great site. The products are of quality and there is a great variety, the delivery was fast and the service is also. Any problem they also treat with attention.
Paid for my Order June 2nd. To date, (Judy 6th), nothing! I have sent numerous emails and tried initializing a live chat, but you sit on your computer waiting for something that never happens. I spent over 45 minutes. I looked for a phone number and all they have is some international number. The only email I did receive was in some Asian writing. This is some foreign company that seems shady to me. They don't provide you a way to track your order, either. I opened up a case with PayPal an hour ago. Don't do it. Avoid these people.

Ordered some items that were comparably priced on other popular online websites and should have gone with them. The recent orders that I have placed for China made products have been very disappointing and this supplier is no different. Pay a little more and get quality service, return options and guaranteed products. This site does not offer anything about returns that is easy. The products were cheaply made and not what I wanted, but I did not return - due to the hassle! What I thought were true Mandala's are printed on a thin double knit that they probably use in Chinese brothels. Another lesson learned, sadly. :(

I ordered a few shirts and a dress and they got here quickly, the quality was amazing and the website was really easy to use!
I'd ordered two pair of shoes, both size 8. One pair doesn't fit although the size of my feet matched with the size. In several mails we agreed to refund the money. Within a couple of days, I get my money back. Good job, NewChic and thank you very much for your good service.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
