I ordered a pair of sandals which looked really nice on the website. I received them within about 10 days, which was better than I had expected. I wore the sandals one time and absolutely hated them. Looks can be deceiving. The sandals were absolutely uncomfortable. Customer service contacted me a day or two after I wrote a review for the sandals and asked me what the problem was. After a couple of emails back and forth, they offered me a refund. I received the refund two days later. The sandals may not have been great, but the customer service definitely was!
I ordered a bra on the 25th of June and I still haven't received my order, I haven't even got an email saying that it has been shipped. 17 days and still not here!

I've known it for over a year now and I love it! Great customer support and awesome products. 10/10 recommend.
I have placed 4 orders with this company, each time products are listed as in stock, and then when I check the status of my order a week later it is all listed as "Back Order". I have had no emails to warn me and when I contact them I wait a week for a reply and they have no idea when the products will be back in stock. I have even tried to replace some of the items with other dresses but guess what - they are out of stock too!
There is no telephone number, they take a week to reply to emails and chat always says you are number 20+ in the queue and the wait will be over an hour!
Seriously - I would avoid this company at all costs... I think the positive reviews are plants by employees...

Also, I dispute that the products are marked "awaiting stock" because everything I have bought has been listed as ready to ship, and yet by the time my order is "processing" every item is out of stock...

The items are cheap because they are produced in a slave/sweat shop. Their return policy is a bogus offer, that they will never honor. I was a little hesitant to place an order through this site because of the reviews. I placed a small test order on 6/26. I live in the USA. It arrived today - much quicker than expected. The scarf is beautiful. It seems to be well made. I am pleased, and plan to follow up with my bigger order.
Warning! If you buy something from New Chic be aware you will not get a refund if your purchase is not what you thought it would be, in my case, two pairs of shoes that are definitely too small (the largest size they offer). After two emails to customer service, they keep giving me the runaround telling me to measure my feet and that I would have to send them back to China and pay the freight. I finally got the message. I will donate them to Good Will and take the hit.

What can I say? I ordered four dresses in two separate orders. I have received nothing weeks later despite sending multiple messages to the NewChic team. There is no contact email address and live chat does not work. One dress has apparently shipped - a week ago - but nothing received. Tracking is all in Chinese and does not work. Not sure if I will ever receive these items. Really stunned by the appalling service as I do a lot of online shopping without problems.

I loved the style and quality of this beautiful item.
The sizing is all wrong, however, and I had to send the first one back and get a 2XL. I am normally an Australian size 12, but I wanted to wear this item as a coat rather than a close fitting dress.
The company was really efficient at managing the exchange and even though it cost me a little bit in postage, I was pleased to pay it because this item would have cost at least a couple of hundred dollars locally.
Do not buy from this company. It will arrive from china. The quality will be appalling. It will not fit. It will most likely smell terrible and have serious health and hygiene issues. And when you ask to return and refund they will tell you it cannot be done because of the cost of return post to China. Then they will try to tell you no returns for hygiene reasons. This is a dishonest company and gives distance sellers a bad reputation. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered one hat which I was satisfied with, and then I ordered 3 more of different kind as presents for my family. These three were horrible, with threads hanging out on the inside. Returning them would cost about $20, which is slightly less than what I paid for them. Customer service did offer me 500 points which is about $5 as credit for future purchases, but why would I want to put myself through this experience again?

I ordered some things from this site, is not my first time, other orders were just fine. But this time, I received half of the order and the other half just lost somewhere in the post offices in Germany. NewChic explained to me that I must wait for a while, but nothing happened, I think that the order finished again in the NewChic, coz the post office turn back to them. After 2 months they send me back the money on my bank account. I am very satisfied from custom service and their collaboration with me. Thank you!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
