I love Crocs so I ordered a pair of Big Size Breathable Hollow Out Pure Color Flat Casual Beach Sandal. I think they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn including Crocs. So I bought a pair of Big Size Hollow Out Breathable Slip On Casual Shoes in the same size. Well, they were way too big. I assumed that the sizes would be comparable - my mistake.
I contacted Newchic and they offered me a partial refund - very generous since this was my mistake. (It would have cost me $22. to mail them back to China.) I feel that they came up with a generous compromise. HINT: Make sure to measure your foot and then compare the measurement to the sizing chart for each shoe.

I'm sure the the ratings on this site that are more than 1 star are fake from the business itself! How on earth can you run a business like this?! I've never wrote a review for anywhere before but this place deserves it. I made an order and never receive confirmation even though a message was show saying I would. So I emailed asking for one, no reply. 1 week later I received an email saying it was out of stock! I'd made the order well in advanced so I could receive it for my holiday so to find out a week after purchase that it's out of stock is unacceptable! I explain that I was unhappy but I would exchange for a slightly different style and asked if I could get a quicker delivery option. Then replied with the same generic email telling me it was out of stock again with the addition of a sentence saying that it's takes upto 20 days to reply. There was no discussion about what I could do to resolve the issue. I then replied saying I'd just like a full refund, this then failed to deliver, and strangely I now can't find any of the emails between me and the company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Men shoes I ordered and they were packaged in soft bag packaging. The shows were pressed. Their customer service is very poor. They dont acknowledge the returns shipping charges. They also ask you to pay the shipping cost orginally paid by them so basically double wahmy for customers if customer doesnt like it for some reasons. I placed an order (order #*******). I would not give them a single star because they dont even have US phone to contact their customer service. They have chinese phone listed. That is why I will not rate them more than 1 star

A couple of months ago I went on line to purchase a set of facial tools to remove blackheads as the woman who was doing my facials every 3 months disappeared. I decided to try buying this tool set from this company and at first I was anxiously awaiting it. It finally came as they said 20 business days and I was happy with my purchase. They are reputable and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I would recommend them and the item was high quality.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry.
