Shoes were very nice and excellent value if I was the size of Michael Jorden.
Some looking around on internet find this is a common complaint. Getting in touch with them for resolution VERY difficult and also a common complaint. Just not worth the time and effort beating my head against the wall for resolution.
Be advised dealing with these guys seems a crap shoot.
Conclusion: if you are willing to gamble on a roll of the dice for a shot at getting a good deal, this is the place... if however you want a reasonable shot at getting a fair deal on what you are shopping for, avoid these slipshodders like the plague.
I ordered a product but unfortunately it got lost somewhere during shipping. I am pretty sure it happened due to some issue on the shipping vendor. I reached out to New chic team and absolutely no issues in getting the money back.
The refund policy is excellent and I got my money back in 2-3 days.
I have ordered a bra and although I received the wrong size the first time, the customer service department was very kind and made sure they had my correct measurements and sent the right size out for free without any trouble. I was also able to keep the wrong size, which I gave to someone that it would fit, so now they like New Chic as well.

Newchic is a great online shopping site for those, who like to save or get clothes with a good material, utility or home decor with a good quality for a cheaper price. The categories are very easy to access. There are many wonderful and cute things for everyone. The communication is smooth and friendly. It might take a few days to get a reply, but usually there are no problems.

"Customer service emailed me 6 days after my purchase informing me that the product I ordered will be available within 7 to 10 days and offered me to check other products instead. I said No and informed them them I will wait for 10 days and requested that they keep me posted. The 10-day waiting period is way over so I sent them emails... I got no response and the status of my order is still "Back Order". I am almost resigned to the fact that I already lost my money and will not be receiving my order anymore. I placed my order online. The receipt message said they would send another message when my items shipped. It indicated my items were available and not on backorder. After two weeks I sent another message asking for a refund. Suddenly my order, which I no longer wanted, was sent, but no refund. I will NEVER order anything from from this site again. I received 2 pairs of men's shoes that were much less than I expected. When I attempted to return them through USPS, I had to pay over HALF the amount I paid for the shoes. I am now going back and forth with them by email and still not gotten 1 DIME back.

I have ordered from newchic a few times, and I`m happy with my orders in general. Tops, leggins, socks, sunglasses - all were in a good condition and good quality. But shipping is a bit slowly.
Was planning to order six sets of dresses from your site, until I chanced upon these reviews. It seems that there are more unsatisfied people than happy customers. For an e-commerce site, this percentage is damaging. Dont think I will order now.

I ordered two pairs of sandals and measured ahead of time. They arrived and were at the very low end of the 'measurements' and even then the fit was very small. Usually with sandals you have more flexabillity with sizing, not so with NewChic. To return you have to pay highway robbery level shipping to return them to China. The rep told me to 'just keep them and give them to someone and use my 'points' on something else. BTW, that is 5.00 credit on a 50.00 order. Buyer beware. Also, shipping took forever to arrive.

I ordered suede shoes. Very cheap and all the reviews on their site were that the shoes were great quality and fit.
I measured my foot before ordering to make sure they would fit.
They were sent. The suede looks and feels fake. The shoes are uncomfortable! They have cardboard in the toes!
The email fight that I had to go through for a partial refund was ridiculous.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
