I didn't receive my package. I wasn't expecting a refund. It was considered delivered. But I know from another company, another time, a package was delivered to wrong address too similar to mines. I had more time to research. Now I work 6 days, off on Sundays only. So it would take too long to even get to the post office to peove it. I was not going to fight it. So I was surprised that you guys offered a refund. That was nice. I rather have my product though but no more shopping online for me.
I order a pair of shoes from them and got the wrong size. After contact them I was told and discouraged to send them back to China they blame it on my wrong foot measurement and I will have to pay to return it and it would be very expensive and bla... bla... etc. Don, t buy nothing from them you will be sorry. I order two pair of shoe from new chic... When I finally receive them... after waiting almost three week... they were the wrong size... I order size five... they send me one size that was 36 and one size was 38 they were not the size I order and they were way, way to big on my feet... my oldest daughter try the shoes on and she could fit them. And she said to mommy these shoes are not a size 5.and another... they don't even have a 800 hundred Phone number. So now you have to wait almost 20 to 25 mins to chat with them about your order and they tell you that you have to pay all of this money to send the shoes or what ever you order from them... then I told her I haven't received my first order of shoes them she tell me as we still are chating that I should receive them between 7 to 20 days. I never have know that this company call new chic that, that was there policy of there long wait delivery... yes they do have a nice selection of nice things on there website. You better believe that I will never order anything from this website anymore... and it has been three weeks and I still haven't receive my second pair of shoes... and they were $18.99... so I am going to take a lost... but never will I order anything else.

I definitely get the feeling that this company likes to cheat people out of money. I immediately emailed them after I placed an order to change my order and did not receive a reply until two days later stating they'd already shipped it and I'd have to pay shipping fee to return to them. I ordered shoes several weeks ago. The money was taken from my account almost immediately. I received an email stating the shoes are out of stock. There is no contact number to reach a live person. The live chat takes forever. Never talked to anyone. Starting to think I was scammed.

Excellent service. Great customer service email communication. Any questions asked answered via email in a timely manner. Once I requested shipment tracking information I was able to easily track the package from China to USA. The tracking info should automatically be sent and not have to be requested.
I am very very happy with my purchases. Leather men's waist bags exactly as shown on website and as described. Good quality products.
The vest, although ordered in the largest size (3X) was too small. Not worth the time and cost to ship back.
All around good experience and excellent products. I would recommend this site. Again excellent, caring and attentive customer service and communication. A++++.

I actually wrote a previous review because Newchic told me I had not placed an order but they took the money out of my nominated account. I was so cross. I did the LIVE CHAT thing to no avail. It just went round and round in circles. Got to the stage where they asked for a copy of the Bank Transaction. I went to the Post Office to pick this up only to find my order was there. Something obviously went quite wrong and I did go through a lot of stress, but, I am happy I have my order - Gracila Skirts - which I think are great. I am a size 10 (Australian) and I did order the 95 cm waist thank goodness.
I am now happy and have actually ordered 4 more Gracila Skirts today.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
