As a new NewChic customer, I have ordered very nice men's shoes and dress sandals and very nice polo shirts. I realize coming all the way around the world to get to me, I needed to be comfortable with the wait time in order to enjoy the cost savings and excellence in quality and style that NewChic's product has to offer. I am also pleased at the prompt customer service response and NewChic's willingness to offer me a refund if I am not pleased, unlike other merchants I have encountered. I ordered a pair of shoes in size 10.5 which is my normal size. However the shoes I received in size 10.5 were too large. I emailed NEW CHIC customer service and Ashley offered to send me a replacement pair in size 10, and I didnt need to return the original pair to them, I just needed to pay for the replacement shipping cost. New Chic customer service is very good and I am happy with their products and store. I will definitely buy from them again.
Very prompt costumer service, whenever I've had any issue they are very fast in resolving any issues. I love the shoes very soft and comfortable. I'd highly recommend them.
I ordered 2 bras. I ordered 2 sizes up as i stated, as i am large chested. The bra's were still about 4 sizes too small. I called customer service with NO ANSWER, as well as emailed them 5 times to get them to be returned. I have yet to get a response. I ordered a bathing suit. I usually wear a 1X and I ordered a 3X, as their web site indicated that you should order one to two sizes up. The bathing suit arrived and is ridiculously sized. The bust and hips each measure 34". Not only that, but the overall length of the suit is so short that it would only fit someone about 4 foot tall! When I contacted them, they told me I would have to send pictures to prove that the product was not as advertised, but the pictures won't upload. In the meantime, I am told that for health reasons they can't take a bathing suit back, but they will generously give me an $8 credit on a future purchase for my $25.72 purchase. SIZING IS IMAGINARY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! JUST SAY NO TO BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two pairs of footwear. One pair fit perfectly and the other was slightly small. I wasn't able to return the pair that didn't fit and exchange it for a larger size, but I was given a refund and allowed to keep them which I was more than happy with!
Due to my carelessness, I forgot to indicate my unit number upon my purchase. I wrote to Coco and requested for a refund since the parcel was returned back to them. Coco was very prompt in her response and she processed my refund without delay.

I ordered cushion covers from this company. The covers were advertised as 3D and the pictures looked very much like 3D flowers. However they are far from 3D and the quality is not great. I just want to warn anyone ordering from the company to be aware. Also goods came from China, I thought I was purchasing from the UK. They must write their own reviews on the site because they are a load of rubbish.

Absolutely awful service! I ordered a lovely pair of shoes to wear as Bridesmaid for my friends wedding this Sunday. I paid for the expedited shipping and when they didn't arrive, I chased them via the live chat to be told that the expedited shipping I paid for didn't start until they were actually shipped out. It's transpired that they weren't shipped until 4 days after my order was placed because they had no stock. At no point was I told this. Now due to their incompetence, I have no shoes for the wedding! When I told them of the dire circumstances, this was my reply: the order is on the way, please wait for the package patiently.

I bought some curtain tie backs from this site and when they finally arrived I was very disappointed. They looked nothing like those on the ad and were very cheap and nasty. They will never be used. Don't buy nothing from this website, I ordered a bag and I received a bag much smaller than the site shows, and there was a missing part to close the bag. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
