There was a problem with my order, but their customer service department solved the problem with no problem or hesitation.
After waiting 5-6 weeks to receive my sandals, they told me that their shoe size chart is totally different than the US size chart (even tho it says US size 7). I don't believe I ever saw any of this information previously, as I ordered on my cell phone through Facebook, and it just gave the option to choose a size. Well, apparently their "US size 7" fits about a size 5 1/2-6 here. So my toes hang way over. On top of that, they want me to send them nearly the original amount of money in order to get the correct size.
Great shoes and excellent customer service. Very helpful and did everything they could to assist in my query.
Good value products. Delivery took a while but was to be expected for shipping an item from China to UK. Unfortunately i had a problem with my item however the customer service team were very good, they responded quickly and processed my refund straight away. Overall very good and i would recommend to anyone.
I have purchased several pair of shoes. All except one arrived in excellent condition. The shoes are of great quality. Size and color perfect. On the pair of shoes with the damage they are replacing them at no cost to me. I will let all my friends know about this site.

After receiving a pair of gorgeous moccasins, I realized there was a misunderstanding regarding the size of the shoes (I did not order what the measurements were but a size larger as suggested= thus the shoes were one size too big). The customer service department and Jesse in particular was extremely helpful and rectified the issue immediately! With mutual understanding and respect we came to an acceptable agreement (I just had to pay the shipment of the second pair) so that I can enjoy the lovely shoes and thus praise this website for satisfying purchases of wonderful goods and an extraordinary after sales team - which nowadays is so rare! The sandals I ordered are adorable and I love them. Very stylish. I did now ever fail to read the sizing chart and I ordered my usual size not realizing I should order one size larger. Customer service was so kind and helpful even though it was my mistake. I will be ordering again and this time the correct size!

I bought a very pretty dress in black. But the dye was unstable. But, once washed, it was perfect. Newchic offered me points for the inconvenience of the unstable dye. The replacement service was excellent. A second dress arrived too large. The sizing is strange. 44 is marked as XL. And 42 marked as L. So be warned!
Overall, the service has been very good.
I love the products of this store and I love even more the ones that I buyed! They arrived in the right time and they are just like the photos in the site.
More than two months passed and no items received although they charged me $21 for shipping!

I have found a number of nifty products in their shop and have for the most part when very satisfied. I have had one very delayed package and one package that did not live up to expectations, which I got a partial refund for. Good service considering that they contacted me after my bad review on the latter item, I did not contact them.
1 asked 3 Times about a Return, your answer was: sending back is more expensive than the product as new.
U still not want to refund and now u are asking me about contact u again?

So far I have been very impressed with the service from new chic. Based upon that I would have no problem with referring clients to them.
I placed my order on the 3rd July for 2 pairs of sandals and I am still waiting to be advised they have been shipped. The annoying thing is that they have stated these as as being in stock and shipped within 1 business day.
I emailed customer are and it took them a couple of days to get back to me but they say the sandals MAY be back in stock 29/7/17. So maybe they will be send next week.
My concern now is that the reviews are all saying these sandals are small to size so I have emailed customercare again and asked them to send the next size up.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
