Paid 59 for three itens that were never shipped since only one of them was out of stock. After one month asked for refund or immediate shipping and my order number didn't exist anymore! Still waiting for a human response - the customer service being an automatic chinese machine.
Attempted several times to make a purchase. It says in their advertsing they accept credit and debit. This is a bold lie. They attempted twice per my card hold to make a fake purchase not authorized through a fake Pay Pal Account. When checked into pay pal theiy have not record of a legal account.

I ordered shoes. They did not fit. I tried to return them. They require you to send a picture proving they don't fit. I did. Then they responded requesting a picture of my foot on a measuring tape showing how long my foot is. In addition they said they are trying to find an alternative to me returning them because it would cost me more to ship it to China than the shoes cost. Funny it didn't cost me that much for them to ship it to me. I'm going to stick with Amazon for my on line purchases.

I ordered a pair of leather and mesh loafers and when received, the "leather" looked more like recycled plastic grocery bags. After several back and forth emails including pictures I had to take, they "decided" that there was no quality problem and refused to offer a refund upon return--even though their return policy on they website said they would do so. Total rip off.

I ordered some shoes and paid for them then I read reviews which were awful about not getting items or a refund so I honestly thought I'd made a mistake. Doorbell just rang, signed for parcel racking my brains to think what I'd ordered and it was my shoes. Only took about a week to come and they are so comfy. Will definitely buy from them again.

The 1st time I ordered a backpack, a small piece of metal protruded from one of the handle's joints. When I wrote to NewChic about the problem, they promptly responded with an alternative to refund or resend a new bag to me. I opted for the 2nd option and received the bag within 2weeks, in good condition. My recent order was a travel sling bag which was received within 7 working days. However, just on my last day of holiday, the side of the bag split up. When I wrote to NeeChic, they again pronmptly offered to refund the full amount I paid or send a new bag to me. This time, I opted for a full refund and got the refund on the same day. Their gesture shows that they take clients' complaints seriously and rectify the problem immediately. It's beyond their control that the product may not meet the standard as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer or seller. At least they are responsible enough to rectify the problem promptly. I will continue to shop with NewChic as I have confidence in them.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
