I think there should be a reminder to buyers to double check the size given the difference in North American sizing
Having said that, received one item that was perfect, and the other did not fit, but can report prompt and courteous customer service. They were patient and worked with me towards an acceptable solution

I called & was told if you dont like them give them to a friend!
I would have to retun the items To CHINA.

Order has being in transit for over a month and all the customer service agent could say was she would get back to me in 3 days and when i question this she said and I QUOTE "there are too many unpredictable factors in cross border transactions. I will never order another thing from there

I ordered my regular size, but failed to notice in the item description that the sandals run small, so it was my fault. They replaced my sandals for a larger size, no problem. I love the sandals!
I ordered 2 pair of shoes for an upcoming trip. When the
Order arrived, one pair happened to be 2 different sizes. I sent an email to customer service and they promptly replied. I have corresponded with them a few times and received a prompt response each time. The new shoes are now on their way.
My experience with this company has most definitely been positive.

After i found out the size was to small for me (PAY ATTENTIO TO THE WARNING OF SMALL SHOE SIZES) the agreed to send me another sandals in bigger size FOR FREE.

I love my dresses. I had a problem with one and customer service arranged for a new shipment right away. I have ordered two more dresses.
I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too large and also noticed the low quality so I contacted them to provide me with a refund. They insisted on me taking pictures of the shoes to ensure that the shoes were in original new condition. Then they asked me to provide them with a picture of my foot next to a tape measure. I sent the shoes back and demanded a refund. The shipping fee to return the shoes to China is exorbitant. They finally sent my refund but it took many emails. I would never deal with this company again. Terrible...

The package was exactly as described. I chose normal post instead of express, so it took longer for it to arrive. The bra is exactly as advertised. Very supportive. No underwire. It's comfortable and looks really pretty on.
I kept getting New Chic ads popping up on my computer (THANKS GOOGLE) for weeks, and a pair of shoes caught my eyes. Ordered them not knowing that it was a Hong Kong based company that ships to the US for very little cost to them (but I paid $10). WRONG SIZE and color, no response from the company, STAY AWAY from these guys. Due diligence next time!

Not understanding the sizing, I had ordered a larger size. The product also arrived defective. New Chic sent me another, corrected size and in good condition. Very please with the service!
The company did contact me and said if I sent postage they would send me the size I needed. I was told not to return the original shoes. I think that my writing the original review got their attention. Thanks.
The size shoes I ordered are too small. I want to return them for a larger size but can't because the web site says not to until I get the company's instructions. I have written them twice and have heard nothing. There are only 14 days to send things back so I have little time left. Looks like I am going to get stuck with shoes I can't wear. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry.
