I had a problem with "return" and had to communicate with customer service.
Service representative - Anita- did extra miles to resolve a problem. She made a right choice and I received my refund.
It is very professional approach of handling upset customers.

I ordered three dresses. One fit and the other two were frumpy on me - maybe a little big. Customer service was responsive but the company policy is such that I will never order from them again. I was advised that I would be responsible for postage TO CHINA - so between the amount of money it would take to return and the time it would take to get there - I should consider giving them to someone as a gift.

I think there should be a reminder to buyers to double check the size given the difference in North American sizing

Having said that, received one item that was perfect, and the other did not fit, but can report prompt and courteous customer service. They were patient and worked with me towards an acceptable solution

I ordered green dress & shoes from NewChic... shoes too small & dress is only made for skinny chinese shape!
I called & was told if you dont like them give them to a friend!
I would have to retun the items To CHINA.
Cost me MORE than item is worth.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Shipping is horrendous

Order has being in transit for over a month and all the customer service agent could say was she would get back to me in 3 days and when i question this she said and I QUOTE "there are too many unpredictable factors in cross border transactions. I will never order another thing from there

I ordered my regular size, but failed to notice in the item description that the sandals run small, so it was my fault. They replaced my sandals for a larger size, no problem. I love the sandals!

Customer Service.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes for an upcoming trip. When the
Order arrived, one pair happened to be 2 different sizes. I sent an email to customer service and they promptly replied. I have corresponded with them a few times and received a prompt response each time. The new shoes are now on their way.
My experience with this company has most definitely been positive.

I told them the item I order didn't fit and didn't know what to do.So they told me not to worry they're going to send me another one and they did.The other one fit perfect. I was so happy. To follow up with my first review of how poorly their CS is... today I received the product I ordered -- only 3 of the 4 pieces were shipped. They won't let me return their cheapo product without my paying shipping to (guess where) CHINA! Lesson Learned. BEWARE of this company!

Buyer Beware

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too large and also noticed the low quality so I contacted them to provide me with a refund. They insisted on me taking pictures of the shoes to ensure that the shoes were in original new condition. Then they asked me to provide them with a picture of my foot next to a tape measure. I sent the shoes back and demanded a refund. The shipping fee to return the shoes to China is exorbitant. They finally sent my refund but it took many emails. I would never deal with this company again. Terrible...

I kept getting New Chic ads popping up on my computer (THANKS GOOGLE) for weeks, and a pair of shoes caught my eyes. Ordered them not knowing that it was a Hong Kong based company that ships to the US for very little cost to them (but I paid $10). WRONG SIZE and color, no response from the company, STAY AWAY from these guys. Due diligence next time!

The size shoes I ordered are too small. I want to return them for a larger size but can't because the web site says not to until I get the company's instructions. I have written them twice and have heard nothing. There are only 14 days to send things back so I have little time left. Looks like I am going to get stuck with shoes I can't wear. Wish I had looked up the reviews before I ordered anything!
